Loved our meals, service was excellent, kids were stoked with their ice cream sundaes they also loved they were given coloring in books to do while we waited for our meals 10/10 , also kids menus which the kids were stoked with we didn't see any mention of this when we checked online so was hesitant to come with the kids but found there is definitely a kids menu! We will be back .
Great experience had the baked Brie entree my wife had steak which was cooked perfectly and my seafood chowder was delicious compliments to the chef. Very friendly and helpful Staff. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Can’t praise this place enough, the only good restaurant with delicious food to die for… and amazing!!! service!!!!! both crucial things present in the same restaurant, apart from ‘buster crab’ in Invercargill!!!!nnThis place is becoming my new favourite now,nWell done guys!!!!nHighly recommended, give it a go!!!nYou won’t be disappointed!!!
The meal was lovely, the wait staff rude, the table was approached, and told very rudely to hurry up and order, as they had a private function of 30 people in, which if you can't handle a private function plus restaurant close the restaurant, there was no please or thank you, considering the restaurant was empty but started to fill up 30 minetes after ordering, plus we were also waiting on two more people to arrive, the rest of the night very cold no smiles or anything, very disappointing as this is one of our go to restaurants as a family, and we were celebrating a birthday.
Really a 5 star place. Food was excellent. Everything we ordered was good.nnVenison stew 5/5 - easily the best stew I ever tasted. With a huge loaf of bread that I kept dipping in the stew even though I was so full.nnLamb rump 5/5 - another masterpiece. The meat was tender and had little to no gamey taste.nnSeafood chowder 5/5 - no fishy taste at all. Chowder was creamy and full of flavour.nnEasily one of the best restaurants in town.
