I went down to kfc to get three meals tell me why I got 56 spoons and a full stack of napkins for 3 meals also there blasting loud music and swearing at each other from the top of there lungs thinking there funny
Chicken always dry, smaller pieces given now and wings that were sure came off baby chickens. Potato and Gravy has no flavour. Coleslaw went back to creamy like time that guy got caught iykyk almost like its bubbly fermented. Restaurant always has rubbish everywhere and overflowing bins. Staff never come and take your order hardly anymore but if you order via kiosk not everything's on it all the time. Toilets disgusting. Rubbish out on street and parking areas/road. I miss having KFC
Absolutely the worst kfc i have ever dealt with in my entire life and I have been to many throughout the country. This kfc has pretty much missed something out of my orders every single time without fail... the people are useless and don't care about customer service, they are slow to do anything, nobody smiles they are just depressed walking around dragging themselves like a slug across the floor im surprised they don't leave a slimy sticky residue on the floor... the food is always crap, either not warm enough or underseasoned. I have also had it delivered many times and twice had to wait over 2 hours before ringing them up and canceling it due to waiting far too long. Got a 20 dollar voucher for that which I think is still not good enough when u have kids waiting for the food. I would literally say out of at least 30 orders from this place over a 1 year period. About 25 of those orders had something missing. I've now learnt my lesson and had enough, I won't be ordering there ever again. Come on guys how hard is it to read a order and count how many things go into a box!!?? It's like the entire crew is dyslexic!
Queue of people in an empty fast food restaurant for a coffee that took 10 minutes and me dancing like and idiot to try and get their attention... it didn't work fast anything?
Know it is busy on a Friday, but I have waited for 45 mins before I get my meal. Not sure how long i have to wait if I didnt ask
