We ordered 2 menus at the drive through, plus 2 snack boxes of 2 piece chicken. Luckily, we checked the bag before exiting as the fries were missing plus one of the chicken boxes. I went inside and told them. They apologized and gave use large fries instead of medium. However, when we got to a picnic table, we had to eat the mash and gravy with our fingers and bread because we had no cutlery and no serviettes. The chicken was swimming in oil. Overall,  a very bad experience.

sorry, can the manager tell the worker carefully check what the customer order? It happens 3 times that they give me the wrong order, everytime after I back to check it is wrong I have to go back again! It not only happen one times, it happen 3 times one month!

Well, what an utter pig style... well, a pig style is probably cleanernOn entering the store, we were greeted with food all over the mat, dirty table, and to top that off, there was food on the roof.nStaff need to smile and be more helpful. All I asked for was more serviettes, you would think I wanted her life savings...And to top this off it was very quiet in the store. No one offered to come and clean the tables. Let's say I won't  be back, would rather starve than go there again.nA very angry customer

Can't say enough,  how many times this particular store amazes our family, weather delivery,  drive threw or eat in.nThey offer water for our babies, trays for the kids, they even bring the babies chairs out to us.nnThe chicken is usually mouth watering,  love the extra seasoning.nnHonestly in the last 18 months to 2 years you guys stepped it up with a smile!nnKeep rocking it!nnFamily of 8

Fantastic KFC I throughly enjoyed eating here even though they must've been growing the chickens in the drive thru
