Service was okay, depending on who’s gonna serve you. The younger ladies needs more training as they are in customer service industry thus bringing in their unprofessional attitude does not help. The one who served as in drive thru was great and professional even tho we took a little longer ordering. Howeverrrrrr, quality of foods served should be the same even near the closing time. These sad looking hot rods look like leftover pieces assembled in one stick
No straws or spoon included when I went to get some there were squashed buns and chips on the kitchen floor. Kid was waiting for 30minute for a simple meal more talking than cooking staff were taking photos of each other like they were on holiday or something. Staff were rude to everyone they said my number then 3 seconds later they were repeating it
This is the 3rd time in 3 months I’ve had issues with Dee Street KFC. The first time was severe food poising within an hour of eating my meal and now twice we have had missing or incorrect items in our orders. The first incident was through the drive thru, got home and discovered they missed the BURGER out of the ULTIMATE BURGER MEAL, and the popcorn chicken out of a POCORN CHICKEN SNACK BOX. The two key in items in the order. The second instance was tonight, waiting over an hour for my food delivery, missing and incorrect items again and when ringing was told to contact DoorDash to fix it, however the bag was perfectly sealed and I had a lovely older lady deliver my food, I was missing the large chips out of my combo and the whole popcorn chicken snack box and had 4 pieces of original recipe chicken rather then the 2 I ordered. This is absolutely disgraceful and everytime I’ve had issues it’s been a group of teenage girls working with only one adult manager so no wonder it goes wrong because from what I’ve seen they stand around gossiping and laughing instead of doing there job and checking orders, I from now on will be going to the other end of town to the South City KFC. Pull it together Dee Street
Extremely slow service and very unprofessional staff. The team seemed disorganized and lacked basic customer service skills. Communication was poor, and instead of focusing on customers, staff appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Pretty clean, food was ready faster than expected. Plenty of parking as there is even roadside angled parks too. Everything was cooked well and fresh.
