Had a wonderful nights dining at Buster Crabb, such a unique place to have a meal taking you back in time. The food was fabulous to the last mouthful and the wine selection is at a similar level. We enjoyed both seafood of course Oysters! and pasta dishes. I would highly recommend Buster Crabb its the best place around!
The portion sizes are generous , and over all it was pretty nice , it wasn’t outstanding and nothing knocked our socks off , but it was a good dinner , the calamari wasn’t crispy and the brownie wasn’t a brownie it was a cake , but everything else was fine, maybe 3.5 is more accurate than 4
Old world charm still stuck in the 70s…including the music played! Warm & friendly service. Mains ~ $30-35. Good portions, hearty.
High quality basic dishes from seafood to it's steaks in an eclectic venue. Can get busy on weekend nights. Wine pairings are offered. Shout out to our server Michael. Recommend dressing oneself up a bit to match it's decor.
We have no bookings. Just walk in. On Tuesday evening. It was so peaceful feel we got lookafter all the way. . So far at Invercargill that is best restaurant for dining. The food as you can see. Good value for two of us. 2 beer 1 starters and 2 main. Just $125.nIf I'm not enjoying. I can't be bothered to say anything. But this is a good restaurant. So I shared this to anyone if you past Invercargill. Go there support.
