Taco Bell Fairy Springs

Isabella was great! When I ordered, I told her my favorite item from the United States. Taco Bell doesn’t have it here so she suggested something similar. When she brought me my food, she told me she tried re-creating my favorite food item. Great customer service and very thoughtful.

Front counter was very helpful and pleasant. First time for me at Taco Bell and it was amazing.nFood was delicious, prompt service and tacos were wrapped and identified which made it easy while travelling.

For a fast food establishment it was suprisingly nice. The building was very clean and food was made quickly, food tasted fresh and crunchy.nIf your looking for a quick bite try here.

Was down rotorua for a holiday. Our 3 year anniversary treat was taco bell. The front counter lady was lovely and polite, the food was fast, hot and absolutely delicious churros had a perfect crunch to dough ratio and wasn't too sweet. The crunch wrap is always a personal fave and it wasn't too soggy and had the right amount of bite without being too spicy.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast-food restaurant. Ridiculously I waited nearly two hours for my order, and the entire store was packed with people also waiting for their food everyone is waiting for over an hour..nThe most disappointing part was the lack of engagement from the lady manager and staffs, who ignored every customer with no apologies to anyone who had been there for over an hour waiting. Additionally, no one at the counter seemed bothered to assist or engage with the frustrated customers apart from one staff member Phil, But he seems to be new and can’t help much
