Taco Bell Fairy Springs

I ordered the nachos and overall, the food was great. However, I was quite disappointed with the portion size of the guacamole—it was very small, definitely not what I would consider a full portion please refer to the attached picture. When I raised this concern, the Asian manager/supervisor responded quite rudely &said its one portion and showed poor customer service. A better attitude would have made the experience much more pleasant.

Never had such a bad experience — the whole family got food poisoning.nOur daughter suffered from severe diarrhea and fever for three days, leaving her completely exhausted and ruining her holiday. My son and I also had diarrhea for two days.nIt’s such a waste after traveling so far to New Zealand for this trip.nThe restaurant seriously needs to recheck its kitchen hygiene — there may be contamination with E. coli or another serious issue.nThe food itself was far below average — no sauce in the tacos, and we paid NZ $40 for that?nAll this happened on 20 Oct, 2025.

I ordered the wrong thing and they fixed it and replaced it for me anyway cause I wasn’t happy!! I offered to pay and they insisted since I thought it was something else. They’re amazing and didn’t have to do that!! Thank you for making me happy

my first time trying Taco Bell, so delicious! Love the frozen drinks too, place not the cleanest, but is clean and the service friendly, but food took awhile to be ready

Last few times we have been there we have had to wait more than 15 minutes to order, that is ridiculous for a fast food joint, when you get to the order machine they ask you to wait 3-5 minutes before ordering, then when waiting for our order at window a lady slams our food onto the bench and then the guy there has no friendliness. It’s terrible
