Amazing taste but the service staff are pathetic. There was a Chinese lady at the counter very rude and not at all help. If a person is new or coming for 1st time it is normal that he/she wont be aware of the menu so they should help n guide. Very much unhappy
Reasonably priced fast food. Even with reduced staff, they did well to get the food to us in good time. We liked the refillable drinks, especially L & P Gingerbeer.Food: 4/5
Very excited to try this and it most certainly lived up to my expectations, the burger and fries were delicious and the drink selection was wide. Would absolutely go againFood: 5/5
Went to go and get something for dinner, a lady came up to the counter with warm chips and asked for hot ones, the staff member then took those chips and put it back under the heat lamps. Then the kitchen staff then took all the the other chips that were there including the one that was returned and poured them back into the main chip draining/salting area. I then left and went to McD's. Didn't think that was very food safe as that lady could of sneezed/coughed over the chips, who knows. Will never return.
Good usual Carl’s taste. Special note to the workers who were understaffed and even they forgot an order and gave a wrong one, they really hurried to correct it and were very kind. Thank you for the great service!
Tbh, the best fast food freshness, bit slow but understandable for the quality of the food. Getting a lil sloppy on how burgers are put together but still better than most. Reason for the 3stars though...is the fact that I've gone to CJs and the last 8 or nine times, they have tried over charging me Rotorua. The worst part of it was the staff trying to argue it. The board legitimately says "$1.50 to upside to large", with a picture of both fries and a drink! Stop trying to charge people for individual fries and drink. Even if you over charge everyone by 50c...60-100 customers over charged adds up!
Poor service, short staffed, food sitting on bench for a while. Hamburgers lukewarm, lettuce wilted, sloppy assembly. The fries had 30% blackspots. They were cold, soggy, no salt, and looked ugly with all them black spots. The website photo showed golden, crispy fries, no spots, see screenshotFood: 1/5

Everytime I order food from here there is an issue. Ordered 2 Buffalo Chicken burgers. Got given both with beef inedible and disgusting . Was told they have new staff and they're sorry. I'm sorry, but if your new staff don't know the difference between chicken and beef, then you might want to find some new new staff
