McDonald's Rotorua Fairy Springs

I came storming in because I had come through the drive through and they missed my 5 cheeseburgers, and I wasn’t too happy about it. Then this lovely young lady in a black shirt I believe the name was Kana? Came out of no where softly explained what had happened, proceeded to give me a fresh meal and the sweetest apology. Not often we come across young people who take accountability, but this young lady was rushing around doing so many things ensuring everyone around her was set and happy, both crew and customers, the atmosphere was warming it was amazing to see the service skills at this place shock me sometimes but it’s rare to find the golden ones with the lovely smiles who make your night this young woman needs more appreciation. Thank you Kana for your services, I was definitely satisfied with the outcome will definitely be back for more

Absolutely disgusting. went in with my partner got a triple cheeseburger and a normal cheeseburger, they were both drenched and soggy and the wrapper was full of some brown liquid! i opened my burger to see alot of salt and pepper looks as if they used the whole jar, the patty, bun, wraper & cheese was covered all over in salt and pepper i tried to have a bite and the amount of salt just burnt my mouth. very disappointing and im still hungry.n19/12/25njust went in to try my luck again with a double cheeseburger this time and i was absolutely revolted. went to take my first bite & i see a blonde hair sticking out!!!! i go to have a closer look & theres about 5 in my burger which seems intentional. this is absolutely absurd especially for the amount of money ive spent and the food continuously is revolting im still hungry and have now lost my appetite do better mcdonalds this is unacceptable

It’s a McDonalds, so it is what it is.nnMost of the workers are friendly and keeping busy but the majority of our orders when we go are usually wrong or unfulfilled.nnIt’s good food but usually not what we ordered or asked for.

Great service by the team. Was lunch time, but still they were serving amazing Kai with a smile and great enthusiasm.
