McDonald's Rotorua Fairy Springs

Went for breakfast, hot cakes were cold, cold syrup, missing utensils, hot chocolate missing. Whoever was putting order together must've had a big night. Also there was so much ice in the drink there's no room for the straw! Cost saving like crazy

Went in for a late night cup of joe at around 1am on sunday and... WOW. It was one of the best coffees I have had in the whole area. Normally the morning coffees are OK but this latte was absolutely amazing. I had a look under the lid and it even had a little heart. Will definitely be coming back... absolutely great service and coffee.nnThese new owner know what they are doing.

For a 24hr Macca's, this place has been closed 6 times during my visits. Also they should change their sign to OPEN 23 HOURS as they constantly are closed for system updates so I have been told. Limited menu for early hours, many of times the outdoor lighting is off, rubbish all over carpark and allowing numpties to walk up and order from the drive thru. Some staff members are nice, some are rude which is sad for a tourist city.

Absolutely disgusting. went in with my partner got a triple cheeseburger and a normal cheeseburger, they were both drenched and soggy and the wrapper was full of some brown liquid! i opened my burger to see alot of salt and pepper looks as if they used the whole jar, the patty, bun, wraper & cheese was covered all over in salt and pepper i tried to have a bite and the amount of salt just burnt my mouth. very disappointing and im still hungry.

Very rude lady does not want to listen I phoned them to let them know rhat I have ordered cappuccino with NO SUGAR and you gave me the coffee with a lot of sugar in it. The coffee was for my husband who was in the hospital and he is diabetic. So I phoned to them to let them know about it so they can identify the mistake and can be careful with the orders.nI picked my order at 23.40nOrder no 211nThe lady who answered my phone called at about 12.20 didn't let me complete my talk and hang up the phone.nVery rude and unprofessional.
