McDonald's Rotorua

A large sized McDonald's restaurant serving their classic menu.nThe location is easily accessible by road and on foot.nThere is a drive through available for customers.nThe staff are nice and welcoming.nThe seating is well maintained and appropriate for both small and large groups of people.nThe play area for kids is a good attraction where one can easily spend an hour.

Nice McDonalds with a large semi-open air playplace.nnWe enjoyed the Hawaiian Beef Burger Combo with fries and frozen coke and Hot Cross Bun limited time item.nnThe Māori decor was cool too.

One of the most unique Maccas I've seen. Has beautiful Maori carvings and art work throughout. Food was great & staff were friendly. Went for lunch during school holidays & the place was full on hectic!

I was shocked by the rude behavior of the staff. A young woman dumped an ice cream cone in the bin just because the customer wasn’t in front of her right away. And then a guy next moment again had it prepared. Why waste so much food? When I got my sundae, it had ice cream spilled all over the cup. Terrible service and cleanliness. This happened today around 6pm

The fanta was disgusting and undrinkable. Never tasted anymore like it before.nAlso went here before this incident and I paid cash but we had to wait at the window as they had to get our change for us which took about a couple minutes and while we were waiting the young pakeha guy at the other window was waving our order out the window impatiently, when we finally got our change and went to get our order, our burgers had been squashed. I'll never come back here. Disgusting behavior and drinks that are off
