Carl's Jr. Rotorua

The food, as always, is delicious at Carls Jr, however, the inside of the place didn’t look and feel as premium as the food. You can definitely see the wear and tear on the furniture with the outside peeling off of some of the chairs. Some of the vacant tables and chairs had food that hadn’t been cleaned from the tables. Obviously this type of thing is quite common in a fast food restaurant but it would go a long way to make this one stand out if these things were dealt with.

Stopped in for dinner and was not disappointed. Got a special combo which had the onion rings and milkshake as a part of the deal. Enjoyed it all, everything was nice and hot.

So on a recent visit to Rotorua we stopped here for dinner while the service was great mainly because of the ace attitudes of the staff which always ALWAYS helps ratings even when perhaps food is somewhat subpar...well fortunately the food even though is fastfood....was hot fresh and actually one of the most well rounded taste explosion burgers I've had in ages!!nnVenue wise, fairly clean and tidy loved the double plus one high ceiling....and actually extremely spacious....only down side which is super minor was the drink machine flavour I chose was definitely exhausted of syrup, but easy enough to tip out decide on different flavour and refill nnThank you Staff and Rotorua Carls Jr

Service - If I could rate the service 0 I would. Food - Ordered both of the burgers that said 100% chicken breast fillet - both burgers we got had a chicken pattie. If i wanted a chicken pattie i would have ordered that burger.nStood there for 10 minutes trying to collect my order - there was no one else at the counter, the lady was chatting with the other worker, seen me and turned back around and carried on chatting. Tried the cough, no notice.nWould not recommend this store.

Awesome experience with my family,first time for us !nnDefinitely they have to open an other restaurant in French Polynesia, Tahiti, they will kill Mcdonald and BK ,already there ,for sure .nnBetter taste than MCDO and BK my daughter's wordsnnMark my words !!!
