Domino's Pizza Redwood

Aside from the churros bring slightly burnt but still edible, our meal was delicious. The pizza was perfect, garlic scrolls always a favorite and mini pancakes will be adding to my order from now on. Fast and efficient Overall great service.

I ordered a pizza last night from this shop and was thoroughly disappointed. The crust was burnt to a crisp, the toppings were sparse, and the cheese tasted like plastic. It seemed like they were using low-quality ingredients and didn't bother to put any effort into making a decent pizza. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better dining experience.

I order two pizza last night from uber eats..it should be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. I was waiting outside 45 minutes on the give time of delivery. even more than that..but it didn’t arrive..so i tried to contact Uber eats, they responded very quickly and asked me to cancel my order i said its alright i wait more 10 minutes… after 65 minutes of order. My app says my order is delivered but i cant see anyone outside.on the receipt i have given my phone number and written please contact me before 5 minutes of delivery.. but the delivery guy didn’t even hesitate to read it..when i contacted the store they said we have left the pizza outside.. because you didnt pick up the phone… how ridiculous was that. I have been waiting outside for more than 1 hour for nothing..nthe worst dominoes experience ever…

Won a voucher online but it wasnt honoured by Dominoes Redwoods, Rotorua. Owner or manager basically laughed at us and told us to bugger off he wouldnt honour it. Vouchers already used and invalid now as the online ordering form accepted it but the shop refused.nStandards have been slipping majorly not sure if its new owners or management but someone doesnt care about their job, half cooked pizzas, making the wrong order, serving cold pizzas forgetting orders untrsined staff dumped out front. The voucher is the straw that broke the camels back, here I am thinking I get a nice little treat but someones made sure his shop accepted it online so we can used it then told us when we go to pick it up he refuses to honor. Dont get my voucher back and had to pay for the free pizza so I am guessing the owner got paid twice for a single pizza. Good luck with the dying business buddy I see I am not the only one with a bad review and not returning.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Domino's. I found a stone that looked exactly like a mushroom in my pizza and accidentally bit into it. Instead of creating a big fuss, I simply asked for a refund. However, the management handled my complaint as if it were a common occurrence and took it very lightly. It took them two weeks to finally issue a refund for the pizzas. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expected much better from a company like Domino's. I won’t be ordering from here again.
