I went to this branch for a small problem with my windshield wipers that I had at another branch and they were very friendly and customer-oriented. The manager is a very respectful lady and the guys are very professional and funny. I will always go to this branch. They are excellent at everything.

Have shopped at this place plenty of times, although I prefer the Wairau location, I never had any problems till today. Picked up a toolpro tool chest that I found to be dented and damaged. Talked to James one of the managers to work it out, but he wasn't willing to help.

Dom has been very helpful. One staff helped me to replace the rain wipers half year ago however he has given me the wrong size. The iron inside has came out and scratched my screen very badly. Went back there few days ago tried to get a new pair and Don heard my past experience from this shop and he has trying his best to fix the problem. Even though I’ll still need to make a claim from AA but I think Dom worth a place in this company.
