Dom has been very helpful. One staff helped me to replace the rain wipers half year ago however he has given me the wrong size. The iron inside has came out and scratched my screen very badly. Went back there few days ago tried to get a new pair and Don heard my past experience from this shop and he has trying his best to fix the problem. Even though I’ll still need to make a claim from AA but I think Dom worth a place in this company.
The assistant manager Dom is the man. Had to go to the store this week for two separate issues. Dom was very helpful and gave great customer service both times. Highly recommend this store for all your automotive needs.
Have shopped at this place plenty of times, although I prefer the Wairau location, I never had any problems till today. Picked up a toolpro tool chest that I found to be dented and damaged. Talked to James one of the managers to work it out, but he wasn't willing to help.
Great service and price. Staff very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
