Supercheap Auto Henderson

The assistance provided by the staff member was exceptional. One in particular I think his name was Sean. As I was waiting in the queue, he came from behind and offered me help right away. Not only he was friendly and answers my inquiries regarding wipers, but he also helped me chose the wipers with recommendations and installed them very quickly in a professional manner. I hope the manager of Supercheap Auto treats their staff and especially this man with something like gift card or lunch, to maintain the excellence in customer service of this place. Because I would choose to come to this place again rather than anywhere else. Cheers

Really happy with the service at Supercheap Henderson. I got my windscreen wipers fully replaced after mine broke, and both staff members were very helpful and friendly. Cashier Guy also helped me sign up for the club membership so I could get a discount on the price. Quick service and great customer care. The atmosphere felt so welcoming that it honestly reminded me of my hometown. Highly recommend10/10

What really stands out is the friendliness and willingness to help from staff at checkout and the young man who came and helped me check my lights and windscreen wipers. There was ample parking nearby, and when I went to buy seat covers in store I was happily surprised by the range and cool designs. I was a happy camper and will recommend Supercheap Auto to anyone I know!

Made sure items were sold and in stock before our visit. . Asked staff at counter where the faraday pouches for fobs were. Was told they dont sell them. I said you do because you have them online. They looked on computer and sure enough they did have them. Got them in the end. Also sold me another item that was wrong. Even though I queried the size before purchase. A slack attitude at this store. Some staff dont know about the products in store. Need retraining. Go to Kelston Supercheap for decent service.

Was in the store for 15 - 20 mins with my wiper blades in my hand. No one tried to help. all four staff members were standing around the counter talking to each other. Around 5pm Tuesday 19/05/26
