The people who work there on a Saturday are not very helpful and are borderline rude, there was a lady who was served before me was visibly frustrated with how they were towards her. When I asked for help to check to see my oil needed a cleanser, they told me no take a photo. I got treated the same as the lady before me. There is a wonderful man named Nick who works there and is more than helpful, unfortunately he does not work weekends.I will go during the week to see him because he seems like the only one who would go above and beyond to help.

I had a really good experience at Repco Stoddard Road. I was looking for wheel nuts, but they didn’t have stock at the time. The team went out of their way to help me source them from another branch, and I was able to get them the next day, which was great.nnUnfortunately, the size didn’t fit my wheels, but the refund process was handled straight away with no hassle. What really stood out was the level of service, the team genuinely tried to help me find the correct nuts and spent time working through options with me, even though I only needed a single, low-cost item.nnIt’s rare to see that kind of attention and effort for a small purchase. Really appreciate the help and would definitely come back again.

The person working there “nick” is an amazing person, he is willing to go out of his way to help you. He will go the extra mile just to make sure you’re satisfied. He deserves a raise
