Supercheap Auto Kelston

First time going to this branch. The girl on the reception looked like Neela from F&F Tokyo Drift. Apart from that I think the CS team needs a little bit of motivation when it coming to intaracting with customers. Their attitude is like you buy what you want or just don't bother at all. Online customer service is 10/10. On shop service is 4/10

Vast collections of cars and motoring parts and maintenance. Ample of parking spaces. Entry from Great North Road have a very tight turns so you'll need to slows down early so you won't surprise the cars behind you. Staff members are friendly and try their best to help you. I think that the shop is under staffed, especially at peak hours.

Always bad service at this branch, wait for a long time at checkout easily 5 mins while the staff are on phones. And don't get a very nice a tone.

I went to the store and this is the second time, i had another poor customer service experience. The same staff member tall guy Zac or something refused to help me again—he was dismissive, unhelpful, and came across as quite arrogant. I left without any assistance or the parts I needed. It’s disappointing to be treated that way, especially when just looking for a bit of guidance.

Good variety of products, good knowledgeable staff ready to help out whenever needed. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend this place
