Excellent service from Zach today at the Kelston branch. Called up for a car battery, and within 5 mins, he answered all my questions. Plus, they had my battery in stock, and they could install it too, at an affordable price. Arrived at the branch, and he already knew who I was and within 20mins he installed my car battery and off I went. One less thing to worry about especially when I have no idea about cars but good thing Zach was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you Zach for your excellent service.
Bitter sweet experience here!nSome staff have absolutely no idea of simple car parts and would do anything to not to deal with you. But won't only blame the staff, they're just not the right fit for the job and haven't been trained properly.
Vast collections of cars and motoring parts and maintenance. Ample of parking spaces. Entry from Great North Road have a very tight turns so you'll need to slows down early so you won't surprise the cars behind you. Staff members are friendly and try their best to help you. I think that the shop is under staffed, especially at peak hours.
They give you credits for swapping old batteries for new ones, good. But, the credits come into your account a week or 2 after the purchase-which means you cannot use if straight-away. The worst part is those credits last for only a few weeks and expires. Better to go to another shop selling with similar or cheaper price that does not give you credits thay you are rushed into using.
Good prices, unhelpful staff.
