Bitter sweet experience here!nSome staff have absolutely no idea of simple car parts and would do anything to not to deal with you. But won't only blame the staff, they're just not the right fit for the job and haven't been trained properly.
They give you credits for swapping old batteries for new ones, good. But, the credits come into your account a week or 2 after the purchase-which means you cannot use if straight-away. The worst part is those credits last for only a few weeks and expires. Better to go to another shop selling with similar or cheaper price that does not give you credits thay you are rushed into using.
I bought a $416 battery for a Ford Ranger and also wanted to pay for installation which was only $25 but staff said they were not confident in changing batteries for Ford Rangers which was a shame, they could’ve at least attempted. I did it myself in 20mins which was pretty straight forward but would’ve liked the convenience of this service to be done at the store to save me a lot of time. Staff are nice but felt like no one wants to do this particular service. Try Lincoln Rd if you want the battery fitment service.
Vast collections of cars and motoring parts and maintenance. Ample of parking spaces. Entry from Great North Road have a very tight turns so you'll need to slows down early so you won't surprise the cars behind you. Staff members are friendly and try their best to help you. I think that the shop is under staffed, especially at peak hours.
Every time I go to this Supercheap store, it makes me appreciate how good repco are with customer service, don’t get me wrong, some of the staff here are very helpful, but they have a few you young guys who you can tell would rather be doing anything else but be there.
