Brilliant service today, got a front Pirelli Sport Demon for my R3 - as I had got a rear a few months back.nnSo now she is matchy with her new shoes.nnThanks Cycletreads.

Great service and deals. Picked up the tires I'd been hunting for for months at a fantastic price including fitting.nFriendly staff.

I called on Sunday morning to request a jacket size adjustment, and the staff member sighed loudly and muttered something under their breath after hearing my request. If you don’t want to work on a Sunday morning, stay home! Don’t bring your bad attitude to work—you are getting paid to be there. Very unprofessional.nnWhen the jacket arrived, all the zippers were undone, and it was crumpled up and shoved into a helmet box. I thought it was a dead black cat in the box. The packaging completely ruined my day when I opened it. It's not hard to zip up all the zippers and fold it up and put it in the box nicely. Please provide your staff with basic customer service training.nnEdited:nThat's great you guys actually care about the customer's feedback. I'm changing it from 1 star to 4 star now. I was bit pissed off on that day. But everything I said really happened. The jacket is actually pretty good fits me perfectly, very happy about it.

New Management is amazing and friendly, came in a couple times and team has always taken their time to go above and beyond to help out.nnLooking for ladies gear and being a new rider is always a struggle and can be daunting not knowing what to look for, but the team here by far has been the best in comparison to other stores I have entered! They have gone to lengths to help out and suggest alternative products with your best interest in mind whilst remaining transparent about product safety & quality over price. Came home today with an amazing pair of boots and will be going back soon for some more gear! Will definitely be my go to spot from now on

The team here have always been great, especially the tyre and service guys and now that the renovations are finished the shop is so much better.nDefinitely the place to go for tyres and a great option for gear too.
