I rang before I went in to get the quote to have a computer faults check done on my car I was quoted $5 for this if I was a club card holder , which I am during the scan on my car I asked the gentleman who was assisting me to confirm the cost , he said it was $26 ??? and they don’t do hard copy print outs ?? this is contrary to the advice I was given on the phone? I cancelled the scan and mentioned to him that blocking off the disabled parking area with cones was illegal as the parking is owned by the council , he said they cordon off the disabled parking so they can do car serving ???! Been here before with other businesses and it’s illegal to do this and can incur a hefty fine from council enforcement . So I’m not a happy Chappy today

The wonderful help that i received from one of the young ladies who although near closing time went out of her way to help me with car /wheel covers showing me how to fit them.

The worst experience again.nI made an online order to select this store to pick up. Then got a phone call from one of the store staff that they didn’t have stock at the moment, so I requested a refund. He asked me to visit the store to cancel my order.nI thought it was unnecessary as I didn’t want to waste my time. I asked to process the refund again. He agreed with that.nI couldn’t get any confirmation of the refund for two days after that phone call, so I called their customer service, then realised that they didn’t do anything for the refund.nI finally got my refund through the phone call with their customer service. If I hadn’t checked the cancellation with the customer service, they wouldn’t have done that for me.

Yeah all good. Looked up and found the item i needed online. It's was in stock at the local store. Got a special deal, 25% off because of holidays so it was a good experience all round.
