Supercheap Auto Botany

Needed to replace my two front wipers, one stuff said he can just replace the rubber for me plus $7 service fee, I agreed and was asked to park my car in their service spot, so I did.nnThen he came out and said his mate was going do it for me, then the other guy came and checked the wipers and said it’s better to replace the whole wipers, all good I bought two wipers and decided to do it myself because it’s simple enough.nnThe second guy came out again and asked me to leave the service spot right away and refused to give me 1 minute to finish it.nnWhat the heck is that? Just because I didn’t speed $7 for his offer for replacing them for me? It’s not my fault to park my car there.nnWorst customer service!

Good place to buy automotive products. Boy over the reception was very helpful. All the products on very good pricing and shelves were full. Location also good. Alot of parking available.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Now that's the kind of service I like. Good work.

So I was at SUPERCHEAP auto MANUKAU and a lady was at my service, I asked her for 2 spark plugs, she then asked for my rego plate number and I gave it, she then went in the isle to retrieve my spark plugs as I waited for her, a good ten minutes passed by so I walked over and still she was looking.nLong story short, we are now at the counter for another 20 minutes calling all stores and I clearly remember her saying botany store only had one!!nnI go to botany store anyway and what do you know?nThe lovely gentleman looks up my REGO and sees they had 6 spark plugs in stock.nnHe even seen it on his computer before retrieving 2 for me.nnLike, why couldn't this lady do the same???nnShe deserves to be

I was sold the wrong product according to their own website it doesn't fit my car and they refused to help me when I tried to return it and were dismissive and disinterested. Gave feedback via the email they sent asking for feedback and never got a response, left a review via the email they sent asking for a review then received a message it wasn't suitable for their website presumably because it wasn't glowing??. The rot goes further than their Botany store it seems. Repco Botany for the win.
