The worst experience again.nI made an online order to select this store to pick up. Then got a phone call from one of the store staff that they don’t have a stock at the moment so I requested for a refund. He asked me to visit the store for cancelling my order.nI thought it was unnecessary as I didn’t want to waste my time. Asked to process for the refund again. He agreed with that.nI couldn’t get any confirmation of the refund for 2 days after that phone call so called their customer service then realised that they didn’t do anything for the refund.nI finally got my refund through the phone call with their customer service. If I didn’t check the cancellation with the customer service they wouldn’t do that for me.
