Precisely why I will keep buying all my spare parts from AliExpress ... even if it takes a week or longer to get them. No reason to support Kiwi businesses when staff obviously have no interest in assisting customers with finding items in the store. No, it's not good enough to just wave in some random direction and tell us it's 'over there' and to go and find it ourselves. Happened too many times and I'm finally done with it. Times are obviously not that tough yet.
Customer service is very bad. I been there last week. I ask about the product one of the staff member and he said he don't know I need to find it. When I go at check out no one is there and when I call them she takes long to come. Wost experience ever.
Counter Service was slow and knowledge of cars/ parts is below average, had to go back 3 times as they couldn't supply the correct oil filter for a BMW 320D even after supplying a sample, never had this issue with other parts suppliers , needs to have a seasoned mechanic be the manager, not a young person.
Very rude and unhelpful girls at the customer service counter from the 3pm to 5pm shift .. absolutely horrific approach to customers with rude facial expressions to being lazy and unapproachable..don’t know why I even bother giving them $500 plus sales every month
Garbage.nFemale? Came out to our vehicle tried to titilate our wiper blade before telling us we needed to go to toyota down the road.nDon't shop here.nComputers everywhere, but no actual knowledge of anything
