Repco Takanini

There was no waiting to be served and the part I required was quickly located. So it was a good experience as my part requirement was quickly meet. The staff were friendly and efficient though perhaps a little abrupt in closing off the customer contact. The store was undergoing renovation so appeared a little chaotic. There is good parking outside and access off Great South Road is easy

Have had really good service here. After having some issues with the point sustem on the website not working the manager sorted me out and also had another issue with a dead spray can and one of the staff gave me a 20% voucher for the hassle. Pretty good experience so far given that most of the staff at supercheap don't seem to care or even know what a car is half the time.

Really bad customer service. I asked product can you show me he says can you pay me $20 extra then I can show you. I asked why he told me his boss not paying enough money.

I have really bad experience on13/09/24 between 4.30 pm. I asked one of the staff can you help me to find a product. first time he ignore it. again I asked him he told me,if you needed the product you need to go and find it.nPersonally I never recommended Takanini Repco.

Precisely why I will keep buying all my spare parts from AliExpress ... even if it takes a week or longer to get them. No reason to support Kiwi businesses when staff obviously have no interest in assisting customers with finding items in the store. No, it's not good enough to just wave in some random direction and tell us it's 'over there' and to go and find it ourselves. Happened too many times and I'm finally done with it. Times are obviously not that tough yet.
