Louis is extremely knowledgeable and a customer service superstar, he listened and within seconds had grasped what I needed and why!!! When I didn’t know the terminology this was brilliant!! Repco Mt Welly is the best. The team here are always really helpful and knowledgeable and the store here is generally better stocked and holds a wider range than most of the other stores. The shop can be easy to miss since it shares an entrance with the Z station. Came by looking for snowchains and they were able to help get it ordered in. I got a call when i arrived and was able to pick it up when I had time.

Great customer service when I had to return my vacuum that stopped working, they replaced it straight away!  Thank you Repco
