Repco Mt Wellington

Asked staff to help me with the coolant as I don’t knew which one is right for my vehicle, nna girl tried to help but she got occupied with other customers so I approached a short middle age white guy at the store but when asked he just said use multiple vehicle coolant, when I asked if he can have a look with me as tank is translucent so if we can check actual color, he just told I am not a mechanic.nSo rude that I end up leaving and not buying from here. Usually I visit northshore repco and staff is super friendly and helpful.nNever visiting this one again.

I visited the Mount Wellington Rapco today to purchase a Mechpro 2000kg low profile trolley jack, and I had a great experience. I received a very good trade price, and the service was excellent.nnSteve was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He even assisted me in loading the jack into my car during very bad weather, which I really appreciated.nnHighly recommend this branch for both great pricing and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Polite and efficient counter service but no one approached to ask if we needed help in the aisles. Not a very wide range for what we were looking for - would have expected more for a 'super store'. Clean and tidy store with plenty of parking available.

“I’d like to highlight both positive and negative experiences. Many staff members are polite and helpful. However, one staff member a shorter male staff member working at the counter during my visits behaved unprofessionally—making inappropriate responses about sizing and showing poor handling of items during my click-and-collect pickup.I hope this can be looked into, as it doesn’t reflect the standard of the rest of the team.”

Really helpful staff, particularly Steve. A good selection of stock. Reasonable access and parking seems adequate.
