Trading hrs was showing everywhere on google and entrance door 5.30 pmnCame over today at 5.15 for a quick part purchase, no one opened the door. Called the store and indian women said its public holiday we closed at 5pmnSeriously? Then you should have something stating it somewhere!!nDo not recommend it to anyone

Went in for a free battery test for my 2015 golf. The guy in there was super helpful and did a lot for me going back and forth to go find the right answers and give me some real assurance. Really appreciated, cheers Supercheap mt welly

Excellent staff service. Though the website design should be better - the battery model recommended by the website based on my vehicle model was actually too big for my vehicle and I didn't realize the problem until I went home with the new battery, therefore I had to come back for a second time to return the incorrectly recommended battery and pick up a new one. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Well, Zero Star will be a great review for this store. Too bad asking the lady this morning, not very helpful, is this how staff do business, I will not come to this place again.nI asked for a specific item to buy, but she told me to go and search for it somewhere else, which was irrelevant when I searched around at the store by myself and told her I found she laughed at me. Also, the other staff are just as useless as her. You folks out there don't come here, my experience with other supercheap auto was better. More training all the staff needed, to deal with customers what they are looking for.
