Supercheap Mount Wellington Highway I’m really disgusted with the manager from supercheap. I was in store today among other customers ,there must’ve been about nine of us eight of us in the line waiting to be served there was only one lady sitting who was very helpful ,and I really appreciate all the help. we did ask for for a second person to come and serve. the manager and one of the assistance were outside changing a lightbulb which they were there for the past probably 15 minutes while we were in the store waiting in the line to be served. we asked the manager to come help us and the manager was very rude and very abrupt, I’ve never come across a rude manager like that his name is Luke . Luke is the manager who was very rude to me and I’m very disgusted in the manager Luke, supercheap please can you train your managers .can you give them more training ,a manager should never speak to someone the way he’s spoke to me .he verbally abused me , however that is not the point I’m trying to make but my point is as a manager he should know about Customer Service and that customers come first .Mount Wellington please can you do something about your manager because Luke needs to be spoken to

Very helpful staff.nThey let you take a product out to your car to check the fit before purchasing - you just need to give them your ID to hold onto.nVery wide range in a tidy store.nHave products aimed at a wide variety of people.

GO TO REPCO MT WELLINGTON NOT THIS PLACE.nHAPPY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND FLICK YOU OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE!! USELESS STAFF!!! Went in to grab a part, they didn't have in store so they had to order it in and would call me. They happily took my money and then forgot about me. Had to chase up and nobody knew what was happening. Just told me to ring head office for online orders. I DIDNT ORDER ONLINE!!! Staff in store will avoid you at all cost!! Staff at the front send you to the back of the store to order part but won't follow you to help so you have to ask another Staff who will begrudgingly come over. Nobody cares about you in this store. USELESS!!!

Standout customer service.nBig store. My first visit there and appears to have more variety selection, than the Hamilton stores. Easy parking.

I shop here often and the service is always great. Last time I even received a toolbox as a gift. Thank you for the excellent service!
