Supercheap Auto Mount Wellington

I had a disappointing experience at Supercheap Auto Mt Wellington.nI was purchasing an oil stabilizer that was clearly marked on the shelf at $30.99, but when I got to the checkout, I was charged over $34. Thankfully, I had taken a photo of the shelf label and showed it to the cashier.nInstead of simply adjusting the price to match the advertised shelf price, I was told that the original transaction had to be refunded to my card and then processed again as a new purchase. I explained that I was happy to buy the product and just wanted the correct shelf price applied, but this wasn't accommodated.nAfter the refund was processed, I asked for a receipt as proof of the refund. I was told they couldn't print one. At that point, the manager, Luke, was called over. Unfortunately, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the situation, he made the experience even more frustrating.nMistakes with pricing can happen, but customer service is what matters when fixing them. Supercheap Auto should ensure managers are properly trained in customer service and how to handle pricing disputes respectfully.nVery disappointed with how this was handled.

I would have probably given them a zero star if that were at all possible. I went into the store to buy spark plugs, only to he told that they now keep it under lock and key. The key is with a manager who is unavailable to come into store. If I want spark plugs, I need to return during a work day or go out of my way to another branch. Completely unacceptable. I understand there might be a need to keep the spark plugs however to the not trust any staff on-site with those keys is completely ridiculous.

Finally got my dashmat!nThank you soo much to the young lady behind the counter who actually checked for menIt fits but I think it's the other onenThis will do for now til next month lol

I'm really grateful to very tall the young lad who installed both of my replacement headlights I ordered online a couple of days ago. I also paid for the headlights to be fitted at the same time.nnOnce my order was confirmed as ready for collection the very next day I called the store to check if I could book in for the fitting as the website recommends. The friendly young lady I spoke to on the phone said the weather wasn't good at the time but I could visit any day with good weather for it to be done.nnI called again today 7/6/26 because we finally had a break in the rain & the friendly guy I spoke to said I could head in & they'll do the fitting for me.nnNo hassles at all & it was done very quickly. He even talked me through how to do it myself because I mentioned I'd like to do it myself in future.nnAwesome work Super Cheap Auto!

An absolute amazing experience at the Mt Wellington store. the staff were so courteous and nice. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the person who helped me change the car wiper blades, but he was such a great guy, very polite, explained everything that he did and why, was a true professional. I wish we have more of people like him.
