Great, friendly and supportive stuff. Needed a battery replacement and the boys sorted me out. One of the staff was on training so I watched him being trained and learned something while my battery was exchanged. Very detailed and safety oriented; from spraying to the contacts to ensuring that all electrical components were protected and working after the replacement, all done professionally. Got a great deal on the battery too. Highly recommend this store.

The team was quick and professional installing my new windscreen wipers—and she even did it in the rain! She explained everything she was doing, offered great tips on when to change them next, and gave helpful advice throughout. Plus, we had a lovely conversation. Really appreciated the extra care!

I went into Supercheap today with my husband to get some paint made. There were only two staff in the store, so we waited patiently for a few minutes while one was helping a customer. Another staff member, who I later found out was the manager, was nearby unpacking stock. He saw me standing at the counter but didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all — no “hello” or “someone will be with you soon.” He just kept working and looked quite grumpy.When the other staff member finished, she smiled at me and asked if I needed help, which I really appreciated. I explained I needed some paint made, and before I could even speak to her properly, the manager cut in and said, “You have to come back at 2 o’clock because there’s only two of us.” There was no smile, no apology, no customer service at all. I told him I couldn’t because of the school run, but he didn’t care or offer any other solution.i understand that there are two of you but isn’t it his job to have staff for the day.nI left feeling very disappointed. I don’t expect miracles when a store is short-staffed, but a basic greeting, some politeness, and an apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off wanting to return.

I phoned their store earlier and asked if I can get my headlights replaced. They asked me what my car is and I specified the car and model. They told me they can do it. I drove to the branch during my lunch break but they took their time and in the end they cant do it. They asked me how the previous guys did it and I wouldnt even know. They took their time with trying to figure out how to do it when they should have checked whether or not they can do it before I even went there. Waste of time.nnI understand if they cant provide the service I require. But it would have been nice if they informed me straight away that they cant do it plus it does not help that I spent 20 minutes in store waiting for then to figure out if they can or cant do it. So slow.nnI called Repco afterwards to see if they can do it, and they asked me for my car model, year and make in order to figure out if they can or cant do it. That should have been done to begin with but Supercheap didnt. They instead asked unnecessary questions like how long has the headlights been off for? How did they replace it last time? Are these questions really necessary?
