Surgery was on 17/05/2024. From the time I entered through the doors, the service and care from all staff has been impeccable. Truly outstanding. Food was good. Hospital immaculate, too. I was well looked after. I cannot thank you all enough.
Its an amazing hospital. I had day surgery and all the staff treated me with great care and respect. I was always updated on what was happening and how long each process would be.nFood was yummy too .nTip: they usually give out WIFI password at admission but if forgotten, just ask and they'll share.
Absolutely overwhelmed with the respect and dignity that the nurse staffing have been towards me and my partner lovely to see thank you for keeping me comfortable if you are with Southern cross then there's nomore to say if you are not then look into becoming a member you won't be disappointed
Amazing staff on day surgery wards, can't thank them enough, made you feel comfortable the whole time and so friendly and thoughtful, Princess Charlotte was one of them that made you less scared, and other nurses forgot your names but thankyou all , and the surgery team , every step of the way were great , and a lovely place , oh and the sandwiches and coffee was so yummy!
