I just wanted to thank the team for their amazing care of me during my laparoscopy surgery yesterday. The whole process was seamless and everyone was so lovely. The hospital was clean and organised. So lucky to have been able to have my surgery here.

Fantastic experience at SC Hospital. Very professional teams,  from start to finish they explain everything well. Kind and friendly too. Waking up to their wonderful cooked breakfast starts the day well. Huge thanks to all the staff   Highly recommended

Its an amazing  hospital. I had day surgery and all the staff treated me with great care and respect. I was always updated on what was happening and how long each process would be.nFood was yummy too .nTip: they usually give out WIFI password at admission but if forgotten, just ask and they'll share.

Just spent 5 days at Southern Cross Hospital Christchurch.  Very professional, caring and friendly staff. Awesome atmosphere and comes across as a happy team.

Just spoke to receptionist Jill there regarding my grandmas surgery on the phone and she had such a blunt tone. Very passive aggressive answers to my questions and talked to me like I was stupid. Receptionist are the first impressions of a business and if you don’t like getting called by patients and families and getting asked questions then you shouldn’t be a receptionist.
