I feel really happy to have spanish speakers at the clinic, as Catalina in the front desk: she was really lovely and helpfull in my experience. Also Dr. Ernesto and Lisset, they are amazing health profesionals.

I’m glad I registered at Beckford. After being at another practice where my concerns were routinely dismissed. I find the dr/nurse practitioner compassionate and obliging when I request for testing to be done. For example after 18 months of asking for a CT scan at previous practice and being told this is very hard to get, I was at Burwood receiving the scan within days of being registered at Beckford. The reception and nursing staff are always warm and friendly too.

I can't say enough good things about Nurse Rosie Rhodes! She's been amazing, so understanding and compassionate. When I was really struggling with back pain, she went out of her way to help me, even getting me an appointment with an osteopath within an hour. Her kindness made such a difference. I highly recommend Rosie for her exceptional care and support!

I'm a new patient, having moved from Wellington, and have been into this clinic twice - once to sort out enrolment related things and once to see the nurse and doctor. I can't speak highly enough of how wonderful I've found this practice. The three receptionists I've had dealings with have gone out of their way to ensure I've been looked after. The nurse I met today was so kind and lovely, and my appointment with Dr Ernesto outstanding. Thanks, team, for being so fabulous and creating such a nice whānau-like vibe in the practice.

Such an awesome first experience here, I am beyond stoked I've moved to this practice. All staff are lovely. Very happy.
