I just love every visit with Dr Lisset. My thoughts, feelings, and words are received with attention, empathy, and respect, leading to a sense of being understood and validated. Furthermore she has extensive understanding of the female body and goes out of her way to make sure you get the care that you need. Best doctor I ever had.

Dr Donald Palmer, NP Rosie Rhodes are my regular providers of care and they are always so efficient and helpful when dealing with my health concerns. They both have excellent resources of information to share for multiple ways of treating a health issue no matter how big or small. It’s a very holistic approach combining western and naturopathic medicine to help treat the symptoms and cause. They go above and beyond and I know that they treat everyone with the same care and attention so it’s never a bother for me to wait. Thank you both for your excellent care.

I experienced a couple of prescribing glitches and left a negative review on here. The Practice Manager contacted me, apologized and explained how they occurred. He also said he would initiate action to try to prevent these issues from reoccurring. He was exemplary in his manner and honesty. So 5 stars for Brendon, Dr Donald Palmer and the nurses. Importantly Brendon recommended that if there are ever any issues, the patient should request to speak to the manager. It is very worthwhile for all concerned.

Dr. Lissete provided excellent care. She was very attentive, professional, and explained everything clearly. I felt very confident and well-supported during my consultation.

While my GP is fantastic person and really qualified, The waiting time is just not acceptable. 2 weeks for an appointment with a GP. No possibility to even see a nurse or being sent to another tend office before this time. Even an online apointment with a GP is 4 working days waiting time. Their solution, go to an emergency clinic.... And the enraging part is that they keep enrolling new patients. I highly regret having enrolled in this practice while. I was in a practice with acceptable waiting times
