I cannot speak more highly of the care I have received. I understand that sometimes the wait for an appointment time when booking online is long but if I've felt it cant wait a phone call and a chat to the nurse has resulted in a same day appointment. This week I have had several calls/texts in the evening from Dr Nadia Schwass checking on how I am. Thats clearly outside of her working hours, you cannot get better service than that!!!
I am 89 years old and came in with a leg injury which nurse Yan treated with great skill and gentleness. She was friendly and gave me confidence. I needed a tetanus injection the only part of the treatment I dreaded but she gave it so skillfully I didn't even feel it.
This place has gone down hill there is only one good doctor here the nurse have no advice at all about medications they should have had training for .. no appointments for my son who is on a lot of medications… the way people are spoken to is really wrong . The pharmacy is just as bad and very in helpful … I have been coming to this place since 1986 and it’s never been this bad
Dr Alex Andrew’s is a fantastic doctor. Has been our family doctor for a while. Very thorough and compassionate. He is an asset to NBHC. The receptionist with the dark hair and fringe is always super lovely!!
Sitting in the waiting room as a support person for a friend and overheard the Receptionists being rude.nthe tone used on calls is unacceptable and they were gossiping about other staff members. It may pay to let them know people in the waiting room can hear them and have their own issues and don't care about their work politics
