I recently dined at this fantastic South Indian restaurant that left my taste buds delighted. The menu boasted an array of specialties, including crispy dosas and flaky parotas that were simply irresistible. The lamb varieties were a standout, offering a perfect blend of spices and tenderness that left a lasting impression.nnFor breakfast enthusiasts, the South Indian breakfast options were a true highlight. From piping hot idlis to flavorful vada, the selection was diverse and authentically prepared. The aromatic coffee, brewed to perfection, complemented the meal beautifully.

Bala's Kitchen in Hamilton was an absolute delight for my craving of authentic South Indian food, and today turned out to be a lucky day indeed. Our order included a variety of dishes: mutton biryani, fish fry rice, rasam, pepper mutton porotha , and of course, a comforting cup of filter coffee nnFrom the moment the food arrived, it was evident that my soul was in for a treat. The mutton biryani was fragrant and bursting with flavor the fish fry was crispy and perfectly seasoned and the accompanying sides like rice, rasam, and mutton sukkah were exceptional.nnWhat elevated the experience even further was the warm hospitality of Peter, who was not only friendly but also incredibly welcoming. His attention to our dining experience made us feel right at home.nnBala's Kitchen truly delivered on the promise of authentic South Indian cuisine, and I left with a content and satisfied heart, knowing that I had discovered a gem in Hamilton. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings.

We were recommended Bala's, but was disappointed with the food. $74 for 2 butter chicken 5 or 6 small pieces of chicken in each and 2 veg manchurian. Basically paid for gravey.nFood was not ready either at pickup time. They started cooking or should I say heating up after I had arrived to collect.nBelow average service.
