The best KFC to ever exist. We were leaving to go back to Auckland and had a quick stop over. Never knew KFC could taste so good! The tenders were crispy and not dry. The chips were cooked to perfection .. everything was . The lovely Indian lady that passed our order to us while we waited inside was also really sweet. Thank you x

So I paid $40 for 20 chicken wings, where are the wings? They mixed up with more of like 15 pieces of small chicken drums n only 6 wings. Not complaining about it but at least inform the customer and charge them accordingly.

Ordered 2 x Jumbo Buckets, 20 wicked wings and it was ready in 8 minutes! And the ladies were so lovely. Great team there.

Great experience at KFC Frankton! The staff were friendly and served my order quickly, even during a busy time. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and tasty, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Really happy with the service and food quality — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place was awful. At 5:30pm 03/01/2026 we were at kfc. The worker wouldn’t let me upgrade my potato and gravy to just gravy. I have changed it so many times for an extra charge of about $1, she said I had to buy a whole new pot of gravy. While waiting for our food we could see workers in the kitchen touching their face then touching the food . After that my sister got a snack burger that was so stale you could knock on it like a door, while we were waiting to be served about the burger the workers just walked past us multiple times. Also, when I was ordering at the counter the lady didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted. This place sucks don’t ever go here.
