KFC Frankton

I’ve genuinely had too many bad experiences with this place and have for YEARS, when I order delivery it automatically sets me to this kfc, I would rather pay extra for decent kfc from a different location, so many different times they’ve forgotten MULTIPLE items , chips been cold delivery, pick up & dine in chickens been burnt & smoked tasting, last time I ordered from this place which was 23/07/25 the chicken was pink & unfortunately I was eating in the dark and didn’t see until it was too late, I’m 8 months pregnant. Most times when I complain about an item being missing or forgotten I get no help, the only time something was done about this was when I had it delivered to me, they missed almost everything but one item, had enough & drove to the location and then they did something about it. Something seriously needs to change with this place or shut down because I’ve had more bad experiences than good, I can’t be the only one.

Good, fast, friendly service.nnWent through the drive through, however the screens for the menu were still damaged twice when we went through so you can't view the menu...nnFood was yum!!

Went and bought me and the wife some dinner thought I’d treat her and get a mozzarella zinger which I was told they don’t sell and haven’t been sold here for a month weird, they then messed our order entirely to which I went back and was amazed that I was there for a minute or so which was surprising but sadly that’s the only good thing. I open my zinger stacker and have a bite and a bit before the burger falls apart cause of the extra extra extra supercharge sauce yea I may have been irritated about my order being completely wrong but come on pretty pissed but at the same time not surprised which is sad cause i only live around the corner that’s why i go to this kfc. Management really should retrain staff to a better standard cause yea quite disappointing compared to the other kfcs in Hamilton

The food was great however the atmosphere wasn't really welcoming.. plus it has always been a constant problem that whenever I buy mousse, and ask for a spoon, they'd say it'll be in the bag. However, no changes, no spoon was in the bag..

I got my usual meal being a boneless meal with a wicked wing snack box. while I'm going to eat my last BONELESS chicken, I find it's not only burnt on the bottom of it but it's not even boneless. It's got a bone... Meaning it's a wicked wing.nnAnd that's added onto the terrible service in the drive thru. When asking at the second window if it was the right order, they refused to say what was in the bag and said oh the receipt is in the bag.
