The quantity is way smaller than before. Wings and the other a quarter top part should be one piece, and this order is a gimme 5, I got, it divided into two pieces, which is on a saucer. And I have got another wing, a drumstick, a small tight and a regular chip. All chicken pieces ¿0are small.

If you value your health and sanity, avoid the Northmall KFC in Hamilton 13 Ulster Street at all costs! My recent visit on 11/01/2025 was a nightmare.nnNot only did I find a live cockroach in our fried chicken box, but the staff and and Asian manager was shockingly rude and dismissive despite showing them photo evidence, they implied we planted the cockroach ourselves and initially refused a full refund.nnThe utter lack of hygiene and their disgraceful behavior left us mortified.nThis place needs a serious overhaul.nSave yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually respects their customers and maintains basic cleanliness.

Are we rationing the chips or something? Jeez, this is taken right after we received our food believe it or not, you’d think I had eaten half of it but this is just how it was served. Compared to the other similar photos in these reviews, it makes this look like a godly amount when it’s not even near half the box. I can see the bottom of the box for crying out loud. Food was yum, gone in a minute though, not much there to eat Thought we’d be getting a deal with the $5 Popcorn Box but I could’ve just brought me some chips from the PakNSave beside it, would’ve filled me up more than whatever this meal is. Nice food, but come on, is it necessary to literally give a handful? Poor bugger next to me only got about five popcorn chickens too, his was gone in less than a minute.

Bad service. Rude staff. Dismissive manager. Was waiting in the drive thru. Was deciding. After responding to their request and advising I was thinking, she then was rude and told me to order. I explained respectfully that I was not sure what I wanted and was deciding. She then started arguing with me. Very frustrated to the degree that I decided I did not want to eat there, parked to make a compliant. The manager was dismissive. She attempted to defend her staff. I appreciate this. Either she was ignorant of what her staff did or was waiting for me to finish speaking and leave. She gave the reason that had been a turn over in staff. She gave this explanation whilst interrupting me to tell her my experience. She was ignorant, as she failed to listen me and actually hear what actually happened. I loved the recommendation tonight. Have not been to KFC for over a year. Excellent service, although she had to repeat herself, I was pleased with the outcome. Very efficient
