KFC Hamilton East

The second worst KFC wicked wings in the world I guess.The Number one worst wicked wings is the Ruakura KFC. How can they serve food like this? Never going back again to these two places again.nnWent to drive through for dinner and got these. These wings must be from the lunch time. Too dry to eat. Not even my dog could eat. Disgusting.

This is the best KFC in Hamilton! The place is always clean and consistently serves fresh, high-quality chicken.nnEvery Sunday after church, the friendly Filipino manager provides excellent customer service and leadership. I’ve even seen him cleaning tables, which shows that this restaurant is in good hands. I never regret coming here each Sunday.

Had a good experience at Hamilton East KFC. The burger was fresh and filling, and the wings were crispy and full of flavour. Food was served hot and fresh. Service was fast and staff were friendly, even during a busy time. Will definitely visit again.

Disgusting!nThe door was broken so I got told by the manager to go thru the drive thru on foot, I did with my son and they kept ignoring us to serve people in cars, they knew we were there including the manager, 3 of them told us to stand there, not one of them said to walk around to the last window! We were standing in the hot sun for nearly 30mins. The manager argued and didn't apologise, she said I stood in the wrong place, I said because none of you told us where to stand, of course we went to the speaker where everyone gives their order! You did not tell us! It is a safety issue having people walking around in the drive thru let alone for that long, you staff were very unhelpful and so was the manager!nOne came out and barely spoke, she ushered us around to the next window but did not speak clearly or say to go to the very last window! I spoke to a man and asked for him to help, he didn't, the manager was the first one to tell me to go that way so why didn't she check we were ok!nYou all made a stressful time way more stressful, we walked down for something to eat and to unwind after dealing with a very sick family member at the rest home down the road, I didn't get any food, was starving and had additional stress and frustration when I went back to the rest home instead of feeling better after a walk and a feed like planned. You all dropped the ball big time, the manager needs to show more innititive and follow through.n1pm 8th Jan 2026 whatever manager was on! You need to show more common sense instead of blindly arguing!

Ordered two summer buckets for dinner, because my two boys wanted the bucket hats. Only to be informed after taking the meals that they had sold out even though they said they were available on screen.nManager could’ve cared less, was rude and offered no refund or solution.nChips, potato and gravy was also disgusting.
