Seaview B&B in Auckland, Titirangi, NZ

First of all I'd like to say that Patrick, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us, the service he provided was amazing, and made our stay memorable, the hotel is located right near the seafront , the room was spacious , and bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, very quiet as well, if you wanting a good sleep. The room is stocked full of toiletery supplies ,the shower was one of the best I have used in a hotel for a long time. We also had access to another room ,which was only for us for breakfast, which was stocked with a variety of stuff for our continental breakfast. The room comes with a TV and a very comfortable sofa and table which can accommodate 4 people to have breakfast . If you looking for a great relaxing stay I would highly recommend Seaview House, great customer service ,great accommodation, great location, plus there is a great Greek restaurant downstairs which had amazing food , I would give my stay here five stars

We really enjoyed the night we spent at Seaview House. Everything was very clean, the room had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We loved having our own breakfast room that was well stocked with drinks and snacks, coffee and teas. Patrick was really helpful and kind and went out of his way to make it a pleasant stay. The place is very close to the sea.

We were very pleased with our room. It was very clean and plenty of food provide for the continental breakfast. The owner was very nice and as he saw my birthday cards up it was a birthday weekend he left me a gift when we got back later that day. You are near worthing one way and Hove/Brighton the other way. Plenty of beaches to visit. We come from a quiet village so the traffic outside you are on a main road to beach only a few minutes away but as there was a powerful fan in the bedroom we could close the windows. We will definitely visit again

This was my second stay at Seaview and as before Patrick is the perfect host, always available to help, he always keeps the cupboards stocked with food and drinks. Cleanliness to a very high standard. The apartments are perfectly situated for the beach, the town and the rail station. Can’t wait for my next visit.Rooms: 5/5

Wow. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Lovely kitchen with plenty of breakfast cereals and pastries available, also bread and spreads. Abundant tea and coffee. Proper hob and oven as well as a microwave and toaster. Conveniently situated for the promenade. A few local shops nearby and some takeaways. Lovely pub on the corner and Greek restaurant next door.

Perfect!!! Truly a holiday home near the sea side. Rooms were clean, fridge was well stocked. Our kids loved it and will be definitely visiting back. Many thanks to Patrick for his hospitality.Rooms: 5/5

What a fantastic little place to stay overnight. Owner is very welcoming and made our weekend fantastic. The place is very close to the beach, so it's excellent if that's why you're visiting. Close to a little shop and a lovely restaurant. Couldn't recommend it more!

Seaview house is a really nice place to stay, it was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The fridge was very well stocked with food and drinks. Would definitely stay again.
