Quality Hotel Lincoln Green

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. We absolutely thought this hotel was great. Clean rooms,friendly staff and great price. Thanks so much would stay again when we come to Auckland

We stayed here for one night, had a standard room and we thought it was pretty good. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed and staff were friendly. Close to everything we needed which was great. The people in the rooms around us were slamming doors all night, while we weren't the ones to complain it did mean not much sleep was had but that's not really a reflection on the hotel. Would recommend!

Stayed here as we had a concert at trust arena we told the nighttime receptionist and she said that is fine lovely night shift receptionist a neighbour complained that we were going in and out of rooms while getting ready which resorted in me getting my bond deducted $228 which I only found out about after leaving and was not sent anything saying why it was deducted, the daytime receptionist which is also the manager is a awful woman who has a stink attitude we paid $600 for 3 rooms plus another $300 bond we should be able to open and close our door all we want, 100% will never return just in hopes that I don’t see that awful reception woman who needs a brush up on her phone manner and her customer service.

Stayed for only 4 hours and got charged for ripped curtain. I do not even use the bed next to the window so definitely this happened before my stay. Please check the room carefully if you intend to stay here.

Absolute scam deducted $198 out of $300 bond due to “excessive noise” complaints from neighbours who were also complaining about ‘doors being opened too much’ at 4pm. The complaints were also on a room that nobody was in at the time? Claim to have given warnings but will not provide any proof of this. Tried to say there was also damage there was absolutely none and have now blacklisted our group from the property. Do not stay here !!!
