Quality Hotel Lincoln Green

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. The location is brilliant there is fast food and takeaways within walking distance. It's far enough out of town but yet only a short drive into town. The room which is most important was clean and comfortable. The service and check in / check out was quick and easy. I was informed reception was open 24/7 but every time I went to reception between 9pm and 12am there was no one there. The breakfast was only centennial and not a proper cooked breakfast, but that suited me fine. I will definitely be back for another stay in the near future.

I’m very disappointed with how this hotel handled my stay and the refund process. Due to issues during my booking, I requested a refund, but was not given the full amount back despite the circumstances.nnWhat’s most frustrating is the lack of fairness and transparency in how this was dealt with. I expected a more reasonable resolution, especially given the situation, but instead felt brushed off and undervalued as a customer.nnI would recommend that future guests clarify the hotel’s refund and cancellation policies very carefully before booking. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Very clean and tidy very close to all we needed best location if you have an event at trust arena 8min walk close to supermarket bottle store. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly making your stay very welcoming

I forgot to take photos but this place was great! I highly recommend and would stay there again!nFor the price I thought it is actually pretty reasonable and I was happy paying that. The hotel room was tidy, nicely presented and very comfortable. I have no issues to point out and the service was amazing.

We had an event nearby so for the price and location we were extremely happy. We had the deluxe double and it is very spacious inside for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Location feels very safe with lots of parking. Great coffee shops nearby with a variety of eateries in waking distance. Shopping centre 5 min drive away.nnPost edit: upon exit we were charged a fee 17.50AUD for a missing blanket. We didn't take it and have responded as such, but no reply. Not enough to ruin the experience but just an FYI
