Resene timber & deck cleaner caused damage to section of the house we applied the product to. We followed all the written instructions, spent 6 hrs hosing the product off the house, yet Resene say that's not enough water, and we should have towel dried it in between hosing no mention of towel drying in the written label instructions or video A very aggressive Resene 'technical support' representative tried very hard to lay the blame on us and refused to accept that we had followed all instructions correctly as per instructions. Even the neighbours witnessed us hosing off the product for all those hours and several commented how high our next council water bill will be.nEnsure the product well rinsed off it said on the instructions. We applied an excessive 6hrs worth of water and the product still caused damage!nThe Resene rep took the product away and wouldn't let us keep any for independent testing.nNo refund for the product has been provided as yet.nAfter receiving legal advice I will be filing a claim against Resene.
Fabulous help from a youngish girl with glasses on Thursday afternoon. Helped me with choosing paint colours after I showed her photos of my couches. Very grateful. Knew just what to suggest.
I was there on Sunday to look at wallpaper. A wonderfully helpful staff member who knew her stuff pulled out books to my requirements, saved a lot of time going through all of them. Left after ordering 4 samples. Thank you
Good service at Hornby paint centre shop. Great selection. Helpful staff when my friend became sick and I had to call an ambulance for his dizzy spell and watch he car still it was picked up
