This business doesn't use Afterpay Google can be somewhat confusing for the answer. This place gets quite busy especially when they've got sales going on! Lines can wrap around aisles. Otherwise massive selection, quite cheap depending on what your looking for staff are very quick you almost feel rushed, if that makes sense they're not unfriendly but there is definitely no time for chats.
Terrible experience, although it may be due to company policy. 7 days to return a costume, even with receipt admittedly which i had lost and visual evidence of not using the costume because of its Terrible quality. Life got in my way so being able to return something in 7 days was impossible at the time of Halloween. Sorry to say don't suggest this company as a great place to shop, may have been my mistake for expecting more
I do really love this place for crafts/makeup ect as its cheap and got variety but the customer service is a bit hit or miss.. Ive asked for help looking for a product i had looked everywhere for and just got told it was where i looked.. Ive worked in customer service and showing customers is really important especially in a packed store! Also quite often have felt unfriendly service from the counter... I do love this store and hope it improves :
A one stop shop for everything you need to put on an awesome party or event. AK and his team at Tower Junction are so helpful and have great ideas. Great quality decorations and materials to create props too. Our 'night at the Oscar's' themed fundraiser went so well! Thank you!
Not the cheapest but perhaps the best for anything around craft supplies and extraordinary ideas
