Couple of days ago, I visited the store intending to buy something else but noticed a part of outdoor furniture matching my set was on clearance. I thought it’d be great to purchase it to replace my worn pillows, so I asked a staff member if this was possible. He took me to the manager, who suggested we check with a woman who seemed to be either the manager or duty manager. She responded abruptly without looking at me, dismissing the idea without any explanation.nnLater, I politely approached her again, explaining I wanted to buy the entire set but could only take part of it with me due to space in my car. I asked if I could pick up the remaining items later. She refused, stating everything had to be taken by the end of the day, despite my explanation about needing to pick up my child and the inconvenience of returning that day. Her attitude remained rude and dismissive, repeatedly answering “no” to any request or solution I suggested.nnThe lack of courtesy and unwillingness to help was disappointing, especially as I am a returning customer and was genuinely willing to work with store policies. I won’t be returning to this store, as I’ve received much better customer service at other locations. I hope Briscoes takes note of these reviews to ensure their managers lead with customer service and professionalism.
The staff here are simply amazing. Everytime they are so friendly and helpful. One staff has helped me pick out sheets and recently a vase. She's just always a pleasure to ask for help and is my go to person. Please keep up the great work!
Reasonable quality items and service. Some items should never been purchased full price as they are on special with huge discounts up to 50% or even 60% quite often. Some other items are never on special and are carefully removed from the shop before storewide discounts are advertised. Once you learn how to play that game, you may end up purchasing quality goods that last.
If you can find a staff member, they are very helpful.nSome things are not easy to find, but the web site stock is usually correct. Have another look. :
I have waited for over 20 minutes on the phone just now with no answer from anyone. The last call after more than 10 minutes to the Salisbury store I was asked to disconnect and try again. I tried 2 other stores and waited for approximately 2-3 minutes- no answer.nI used one star as there was no minus rating
