I bought some items today and unfortunately had a very bad experience with one of the staff members. His attitude was extremely rude and it honestly felt like he didn’t want customers in the store. He was muttering words under his breath and then left my box on the roadside, telling me to put it in my car myself — even though my car boot was open and ready. He kept staring at me in a very uncomfortable way, almost like he wanted to argue.nnCustomer service is really important, and this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. The staff clearly need proper customer service training, or the team needs to be reviewed and replaced with people who know how to treat customers with respect.nnVery disappointing experience. I would not recommend coming here.
I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member showed a poor attitude, dropped the items to the side, and refused to place them in the car as expected. They also used inappropriate language, which was unprofessional and reflected badly on their work ethic. Overall, the service did not meet basic expectations, and the behaviour was not acceptable.
This store is such a hidden gem! They have everything — from home essentials and tools to toys and decorations. It’s super convenient to find so many useful things in one place. The prices are very good and the quality , and the store staff are always helpful. Perfect for quick shopping or when you just love browsing around for cool finds!
Scammer alert:nThey took our money to deliver item to home but left us with no option but to pick it up ourselves from Nz courier depot we had to hire a van ourselves and take time off from work to pick it up .when called they hung up saying they will deal with this and later blocked me my partner and any phone number we used to contact them , very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful act. They are a total rip off . The sofa I bought from them were not properly screwed so wouldn’t fit wellnwe had to move the back rest hinge ourself by unscrewing and making a new hole . Was a total disaster ruined our entire Christmas and new years trying to chase these scammers who took our money and blocked us. Give us our delivery fees back if you are not delivering to our doorstep.
Shocked This Place Is Still in BusinessnnI am writing this review with a sense of disbelief. I genuinely do not understand how this establishment has any positive feedback or a steady stream of customers. My experience here was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had, and it was entirely due to the owner's shocking rudeness.
