Average. To many sales team standing around, I had to go and ask a member for help. More training needed for the staff I feel. Shouldn't be 4 or so looking around a phone in my opinion.nAnyhow was good range of stuff, could of sold me more if wanted, how ever brought what I wanted.
Purchased a product via flybys. Call center super helpful. Store staff didn't pickup phone calls despite several attempts. Visited in person and some staff had training issues on how to process my order.
Appalling customer service in the large appliance area. Been in 3 times now and the same person always sitting on their phone! She will never get up and greet you! I asked for help the first time but she said she couldn’t help and I would need to speak to another person… 3 visits later I still haven’t been able to make the purchase! If you don’t want to work leave; you are wasting peoples time!
Most pathetic online shopping experience.I made an order under promotion offer 250 dollar gift card nThey are now telling I made order the next day, I forwarded the email that I got when the order was made. What a joke.These guys are here to cheat customers.nnMy customer support ticket is open for 4 days, no updates and replies. Stay away from these guys if possible. There are lot better options available in NZ. These guys are the worstnnSo my one word PATHETIC
Congratulations to Tyler at Christchurch’s Moorhouse Ave store. His customer service was the best I have experienced in any retail store for as long as I can remember. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and just seemed like such a nice guy. Noel Leeming, Tyler is an asset to your business.
