I had an excellent experience at Noel Leeming, thanks to the incredible customer service from Cooper. After Ryan at another location helped me find the microwave I was looking for, Cooper assisted me when I arrived at the store to pick it up. He was kind, thoughtful, and even took care of the logistics by loading the microwave into the back of my car, which was a huge help as I am handicapped. Such outstanding service is rare these days – thank you, Cooper, for going above and beyond!
I had very bad experience a few times at Noel Leeming Riccarton before which made me uninterested in all Noel Leeming for years. This Friday I was thinking of buying an Apple watch and the shop closed to me was Noel Leeming Hornby. I was very hesitant to walking into the shop and was greeted by an Asian male staff nicely sorry couldn’t see his name badge clearly. Another staff Brylee came around to check what she could help. Her patient and professional service made me feel comfortable although they didn’t have stock of the model I wanted. I will definitely come back again-Noel Leeming Hornby! Thank you sweet Brylee and handsome Asian male staff. You gave me confidence to shop at Noel Leeming again!
My partner and I went in today because he wanted a new phone as his last phone got stolen and we were helped by Matt who was absolutely amazing 10/10. He gave us all the information we needed along with another nice lady and helped us pick out the screen protector etc. Also got us a super cheap year warranty incase theft or anything else happens to it! Definitely recommend Matt he was a great help
The service was very disappointing. The salesperson seemed to lack adequate knowledge.
Very helpful sales staff and service. Nev helped us out for everything we needed.
