Highly satisfied with the service I received today at Briscoes Papanui. I was facing an issue in store today evening and the team was very helpful and understanding. Their amazing customer service is worth rewarding! Shoutout to the two lady staff Piper and Molly. Will be back again for sure :
Went into shop on wednesday saw a vacuum cleaner on sale for $199 went to same store ,rwo days later on black Friday same cleaner now $212 it's not fair to put the price up and claim irs a special black Friday pricenStore is at papanui you need to review your systems
I bought a cordless vacuum almost 2 years ago and it is loosing it's power to suck anything really, brought it back to papanui store and was expecting a fight for a warranty claim but the staff who served me was really nice and asked me what happened and honored the warranty, Have read other people commenting trying to get a warranty claim for this item from other stores with no success ended frustrated but my experience was very pleasant and I must said I was impressed and would like to give a thumbs up to the staff and team. Will be your loyal customer from now on!!!!
