Briscoes the brand is lovely and I like the range in-store. Also love the constant sales on. And often a nice display in the entrance promoting furniture.nBut this store always seems messy, under stocked, and understaffed and today’s visit was the same.
Complete shambles in most isles. Yes, I'm aware of the time of year/sales etc but was a hazard throughout the store. I have worked in retail for over 40yrs, including large stores and would never leave it in such a state. Even if some isles were tidied, not all. At least some effort to show work in progress.nMaybe a few staff could work after hours or before opening on these days?
Everything you need for your home and plenty of other stuff you never knew you needed from bedding to kitchenware , laundry and so on. Reasonable prices and even better of you can get it during one of frequent sales. Well stocked with wide range of items from lower to higher quality and prices, something for everyone’s budget. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff treating everyone with smile and kindness.
Trying to find a queen size fitted sheet only. Display very confusing. Pricing misleading. 50 percent off you then see a price and in tiny print it says now. You think 50 percent off the price you see. Its bullshit and very misleading. Way over priced to begiin with. Walked out and it was much easier and more realistic un the ahop next door. Waste of time.
This is my go-to Briscoes store. It’s always been a nice big shop, and with the recent revamp it’s even easier now to navigate around. The reason for my review today is I was served by Lisa. She was the nicest and friendliest staff member you could ever find. A great customer experience.
