Quest Taupo

We had 2 apartments joined by a shared foyer. Spacious with comfy bed, couch,etc. Kitchenette had all that was needed incl dishwasher.nWashing machine & dryer in bathroom. Fab view of lake. Agree would have been nice to be able to open a window. Helpful nice staff included having our bags carried upstairs to our apartment. Short easy walk into main street. Would stay there again.

The Guest in Taupo is actually a desirable motel. All things are well equipped and the location is absolutely close to the town. Quiet and staff are friendly and devoted. I know there no window can be opened for all GUEST motel. However I can’t imagine that the ventilation is of Quest taupo is very poor like a confined box particularly at night. No fresh air but only stuff smell in each room at night. I can hardly breathe and have to go outside for a long rest. Eventually I abandon a paid room for 2 nights and book other motel as replacement. This is totally terrible.

First of all, the staff were absolutely amazing really friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the windows didn’t open, and since it was quite warm during our stay, the room felt a bit stuffy and hot at night. We ended up sleeping with the air conditioning on.

Double glazed windows makes for a peaceful, quiet sleep Highly recommend this establishment %

This a is simple but functional motel. The rooms were clean. More importantly, though my room faced the road, there was no road noise. The windows are double glazed. The Quest is not far ...10 minutes walking, from the shopping precinct.
