PAK'nSAVE Riccarton

I've been shopping here since I was a child and have always found it to be a very good supermarket! It's normally quite stocked up and has good deals. However, I wouldn't recommend coming here between 3pm - 7pm or during the day on weekends mornings and nights are the best as it's crazy busy and no one seems to have any spacial awareness?? Everyone just blocks the aisles with their trolleys or themselves which is super annoying. Also one of the grocery/produce workers has a major staring problem and it's been like that ever since I was a kid which is a bit creepy... Other than that it's a good store!

Love this ! Super wide aisles & easy to shop. Prices are cheaper than most downtown supermarkets. Also the online shopping experience is excellent which makes it easy to compare prices and specials.

Bought eggs. Disappointed to find there were only 8 out of the ten in the carton. And one of those was cracked.nLesson learnt. Open the carton and check before putting them in the trolley.

I would like to compliment staff members Ben and Ben. I was helped a while ago by the first Ben who was doing customer service at the Lotto outlet and I was so impressed at how efficient, fast and polite his service was. Today I was helped by another Ben who was working in the dairy isle and helped me find a product on the other side of the store. Both Ben's were amazingly helpful. I also would like to commend the Phillipino staff at this PaknSave, especially the self service ladies. They are so fast and efficient, helpful, polite and are always willing to assist if needed. The wonderful staff that work the butchery department are also amazing. Keep up the great work Riccarton PaknSave.
