Very disappointing with the product, I even checked the expiry date before purchasing. But when I reached home and ate couple of them found bug in it. It’s really disgusting and risky for our health. Please improve the quality of the products before risking customers health.

I have just purchased KeshhavnMasala Tea pre mix from Christchurch store $8.99.nI ordered on line over weekend and have been charged $22 per kilo.How can this be justified !Then you have postage on top of that.Buy from the store in Christchurch.Lovely staff and look at price difference.

Great supermarket with a good selection of products and attractive deals. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly.nOne suggestion I'd like to make is to expand the range of South Indian grocery items. While there are plenty of North Indian products, South Indian essentials are either limited or priced a bit higher. Adding more affordable South Indian groceries would make this supermarket even more convenient for a wider community.nOverall, it's a great place to shop, and I hope you'll consider this feedback. I’ve been shopping here for the last 16 years and have always respected the owner, who has always been a gentleman and treated customers kindly. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the manager was extremely disappointing.nnThis was my first interaction with the manager, and sadly it left a very bad impression.nnThe manager was very rude, full of attitude, and clearly lacks basic customer service manners. Instead of greeting customers politely or showing any respect, he spoke in a hostile and arrogant way. I simply touched the price tag because it was not clearly visible and I wanted to check the price. I was not playing with the tag. He immediately came over saying, “The price tag will break!”nnI was only trying to see the price, not playing with the tag.nnThere was no smile, no courtesy, and no professionalism at all. If this is how customers are treated now, it is shameful. The manager needs to learn how to speak respectfully to people and should take lessons from the owner on how to run a business properly.nnVery angry and disappointed after being a loyal customer for so many years.
