Purchased through online shopping service very happily for 4 years, placing fortnightly orders. Sadly, something happened to change the previously reliable service about 6 months ago, and it has continued to decline ever since. I estimate that only one order this year has been error free. Meat orders in particular have been very hit and miss, despite ticking substitutes. It is no longer reliable and is a continued source of irritation that I have decided is just not worth using. The decision was assisted by this week's farce. Order arrived minus meat ingredients for 4 to 5 meals. Complaining led to an assurance of delivery in the afternoon. What arrived was 6 mini burger patties, accompanied by a packing slip suggesting that these were accompanied by pork chops. They were not. Another complaint was met by a self satisfied silence. Oh well! Instead of attempting to get the fiasco resolved, I changed providers.

Good store & well stocked .nThe young lady at the counters found a pouch of drum for me . Aisles very neat & many lines within the store .nSharon served us & she was really cool .nPlenty of food , groceries, beers n wines .nGood to see an after hours security guard was on duty too last Saturday night .nPlace looked very tame compared to Auckland !

During my first visit to a supermarket in New Zealand, I was struck by the wide range of products available, all of which were meticulously arranged and presented with great cleanliness. The prices of fresh produce, cheese, and milk were also very reasonable, making for a very satisfying shopping experience.nnMoreover, the supermarket was accompanied by a convenient parking lot, and there were other nearby businesses to explore, adding to the overall enjoyment of the visit.

I like the variety here, but the delivery experience is consistently sub par. No shade to the delivery guys, they're great. The problem is with missing items, and now lately the shoppers haven't even been bothering to supply substitutes on items I've ticked the substitutes box for. Today was the worst, did not receive an uncooked chook that was meant to be lunch and dinner for the next few days, or garlic bread. You cannot tell me they did not have a single chicken available. A couple of weeks ago it was a bakery bread. You can not tell me there weren't other options available. I never had these issues in Wellington or Invercargill when I lived in those cities. Christchurch Woolworths is the weakest link.

Second week in a row their website says the original foods Boston cream donuts are in stock but when I go to get some they aren't in stock. False advertising!! Shelves always so empty yet so many staff standing round doing nothing. Boxes of products are in the middle of the aisle so it's hard to navigate round where you need to go and the trolleys don't work properly, wonky wheels. Management really needs an overhaul
