Good store & well stocked .nThe young lady at the counters found a pouch of drum for me . Aisles very neat & many lines within the store .nSharon served us & she was really cool .nPlenty of food , groceries, beers n wines .nGood to see an after hours security guard was on duty too last Saturday night .nPlace looked very tame compared to Auckland !

During my first visit to a supermarket in New Zealand, I was struck by the wide range of products available, all of which were meticulously arranged and presented with great cleanliness. The prices of fresh produce, cheese, and milk were also very reasonable, making for a very satisfying shopping experience.nnMoreover, the supermarket was accompanied by a convenient parking lot, and there were other nearby businesses to explore, adding to the overall enjoyment of the visit.

Avoid this countdown! They have a rat problem!nWe got bagels delivered in our groceries and the bag had obvious rat teeth marks in it, some of the bagel was also eaten away.nnThey didn't even check the products before sending them out.nnIf you order a drop off to your home, do not order anything nice. If the workers can't afford it they destroy the product, Brioche Gourmet Burger Buns 4pk $7.50.... squashed by a 2ltr of milk.nnDo you like food poisoning?nWell you'll sure get it when the put the deli ham in with the raw chicken!nnThese people ask for respect in the store yet show none to their customers.nnNone of you deserve over $20hr! You sure as hell don't work for it!

This store should not be doing all the online orders. Have had major issues with every single order since deliveries started coming from this store. No care. Shocking quality and abmissal customer service. Went into store and probably the dirtest one I’ve seen. Avoid and Woolworths please go back to deliveries coming from local stores.

Placed order for delivery, order never came. They still have my money. Was on the phone to customer service multiple times all day, had to re-explain the situation to each new person. Nobody would do anything to help.
