I recently had a fantastic experience at Woolworths on Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. Not only did the supermarket have everything I needed for my last min grocery run, but the customer service was truly top-notch.nnI was on the hunt for a specific low-carb Australian pasta brand and couldn't seem to find it. That's when Sam, a remarkable young lady, stepped in to help. Despite having a trolley full of items to stock on the shelves, she took the time to assist me in locating the pasta. It turned out that the stock information on the website hadn't been synced, but Sam's dedication and effort made me feel valued and grateful.nnHer commitment to going above and beyond was evident, and I can't express enough how much her assistance meant to me. Although I'm not sure of Sam's job title, this young lady certainly deserves a promotion or pay rise for her exceptional service.nnThank you, Sam, for making my shopping experience at Woolworths a five-star trip. Purchased through online shopping service very happily for 4 years, placing fortnightly orders. Sadly, something happened to change the previously reliable service about 6 months ago, and it has continued to decline ever since. I estimate that only one order this year has been error free. Meat orders in particular have been very hit and miss, despite ticking substitutes. It is no longer reliable and is a continued source of irritation that I have decided is just not worth using. The decision was assisted by this week's farce. Order arrived minus meat ingredients for 4 to 5 meals. Complaining led to an assurance of delivery in the afternoon. What arrived was 6 mini burger patties, accompanied by a packing slip suggesting that these were accompanied by pork chops. They were not. Another complaint was met by a self satisfied silence. Oh well! Instead of attempting to get the fiasco resolved, I changed providers.

Good store & well stocked .nThe young lady at the counters found a pouch of drum for me . Aisles very neat & many lines within the store .nSharon served us & she was really cool .nPlenty of food , groceries, beers n wines .nGood to see an after hours security guard was on duty too last Saturday night .nPlace looked very tame compared to Auckland !

The prices of fresh produce, cheese, and milk were also very reasonable, making for a very satisfying shopping experience.nnMoreover, the supermarket was accompanied by a convenient parking lot, and there were other nearby businesses to explore, adding to the overall enjoyment of the visit.
