Woolworths Colombo St

Had the worse experience at this supermarket waiting for a staff approval at my kiosk and the old, short , make-uped caked face lady made out like I was the problem for not waiting longer while her and another staff member help a man and his young son out. My daughter had already asked if she could come over and help and she dismissed her and went back to helping the man and son with the other worker at the help desk. When I'd asked her to come over she gave me attitude as it I was the problem. She told me she wasn't even that long just 30 seconds it was way longer than that , 3 people had already finished their purchases and walked off while I was still waiting there for the APPROVAL of the SELF-SERVICE SUPERVISOR. I definitely would not go back there after the staff treatment I experienced.nEven when I left I tried to say I just wanted help with my approval for my purchase , she kept talking over me and an off duty staff member had to step in and apologise on BEHALF of the self-service Supervisor.nnImmature , emotionally neglectful and rude staff work here . Don't be surprised.nnThe Worse Woolworths ever.

Purchased mandarin form store and af only 3 days they are bad probably were no good yesterday only packed on 28-5-26 And purchased on the 315-25 and now 3-5 25 are bad. Sick and tired of crap fruit for Woolworth this is unacceptable when pay premium price

We’ve ordered multiple times online for pick up and they’ve never gotten our order right, always missing something. When we go into the store there always a shortage of produce and meat. We also had to wait 20 mins in line at the check out because the checkout lady with short hair kept talking and talking to the customer in front of us we ended up being guided to another checkout because of how long she was taking

This would be such a nice local supermarket if it was anything but a Woolworths. This shop is a disgrace. There's boxes, pallets, stock just plonked in the aisles. The staff are always unwelcoming, smoking outside the front doors. Kindly close and let a respectable supermarket open.

Been shopping here from long time but I got served by a customer service attendant name badge said Prabhjot at checkout she was extremely helpful and polite. Hope others deliver the similar service.
