I've had such terrible service from the staff, even felt like they were being discriminatory to another customer while I was waiting. There are numerous issues with their click-and-collect system. I tried giving some feedback to the management and was so disappointed with the lack of follow-up and closure. Waited 45 mins for my click-and-collect to be done after receiving the email saying it would be ready at a certain time. Only one person is usually operating a checkout at the busiest times! Really happy to drive across town so I never had to go here again!!
There had been a noticeable de-staffing since the new branding/layout has been implemented. 5:30pm on a weekday and only 1 staffed checkout. Regularly find there is no trollies available either as they are pulled up in the carparks.nThe new carpark layout is better though; not as many wrong-way-Rogers hooning round.
Good parking. Friendly staff. NEVER enough people on the checkouts, majority of them are closed all the time. I'm annoyed that if you forget your rewards card staff will not use a generic one so you can still get the discounts.
The makeover has been a triumph.nThe stocking, a significant change.nLoving the customer service vibes.nA significant part of the lovely community.
2nd time this week went in to purchasec goodsn1st The loyalty card did not work staff member said yes we are having issues with them .nI went back today to purchase beer and wine on special .again loyalty card did not work .nThe lady was no help at all and said just pay .nI replied i wanted the discounts advertised with the card .i was told to go find there manager.nI thought that would be her job .nI emptied my bag and went to liqour store and purchased goods.nTerrible service again . And what good is a loyalty card if it does not work .
