Place looks amazing. However, experience with staff varies quite a bit. Some are friendly usually people working the aisles, others are perpetually grumpy and impolite this is mostly evident in the checkout/self-service areas. Honestly, I only go here because it's close, but I might start making the effort to go somewhere else. This store has a track record of truly questionable customer service hires.

Rude staff that I have seen snap at customers several times especially the lady with the black hair. Staff always seem too busy talking to one another and customers wait long period at the self check out for help. It just seems chaotic. I really don’t enjoy shopping here.

The whole store is set out so that products are easy to get to and if you are having troubles finding them then the staff are always willing to help and look happy in their work. The prices are within my pay range and I like the feel of the store.

I've had such terrible service from the staff, even felt like they were being discriminatory to another customer while I was waiting. There are numerous issues with their click-and-collect system. I tried giving some feedback to the management and was so disappointed with the lack of follow-up and closure. Waited 45 mins for my click-and-collect to be done after receiving the email saying it would be ready at a certain time. Only one person is usually operating a checkout at the busiest times! Really happy to drive across town so I never had to go here again!!

There has been a noticeable de-staffing since the new branding/layout has been implemented. 5:30pm on a weekday and only 1 staffed checkout. Regularly find there is no trollies available either as they are pulled up in the carparks.nThe new carpark layout is better though; not as many wrong-way-Rogers hooning round.
