Don’t make your customers fool. It’s feel like stealing in day light.nI buy 1 kg lamb curry pieces and it’s just all fat they are serving.nI know they will deny that’s why posting the pictures also.

This is more of an Indian / Fijian grocery shop. You get most of the stuff and more than in Yogji or Bombay Bazar. The shop is bit messy but most of the veggies are fresh and cheap and of good quality. Highly recommended place to be. Plenty of car park available as well.

I’m a regular customer at Global Fresh, but my experiences with a staff member named Dilasha have been consistently disappointing. Each time I’ve been served by her, she’s shown poor customer service , no greeting, no eye contact, and a visible lack of interest in her job. She often looks distracted and disengaged, and when I thank her after paying, she doesn’t respond at all.nnThe first time, I thought maybe she was having a bad day. But after several visits, it’s clear that this is just how she treats customers. It leaves a really negative impression and makes me not want to come back.nnOn the other hand, there’s another young woman who wears a head covering who is absolutely wonderful — always smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She once even left her checkout to show me where a product was and spent time explaining the product. Her kindness and professionalism are exactly what make customers feel valued and want to return.nnGlobal Fresh is a great store, but staff like Dilisha need proper customer service training — or perhaps a different role — because her attitude is driving loyal customers away.

Quite concerned about the overall cleanliness of this store. The vegetables have looked dry and not very fresh, and the shelves and floors didn’t seem .I hope improvements are made.

Poor customer service.nShop looks horrible. Things laying everywhere. Smells horrible. No prices on most of things. Almost like they want to charge you per your your skin color. People are un helpfull. Ladies behind the counter throw your change at you, and ignore you. Would give zero stars if it was possible.
