Woolworths Church Corner

I shop here every week for my groceries. The produce is nice and fresh with good pricing. The asian worker named Daniel doing freezers is very nice and caring, he helps you with any questions you have and is a hard worker. More workers should try to be helpful and kind like him. In all a very good store.

Great place to shop, easy to get everyday needs well stocked within different aisles. Just like someone else mentioned about the security, I was walking in to the store and the beepers went off way before I walked in but the security suspected I was stealing but I was walking into the store not out and they exchanged angry looks and followed me through the aisles stared at me for a few moments before walking off. Don’t know if it was my imagination but a few times security is pacing back and forward spying heavily on people as if they are criminals- its unnecessary and unsettling. This happened a month ago but it was unnecessary and being alone with anxiety was not a great experience.

Clean store, decent range. Wonderful if you enjoy staff that make you wait when you seek service and then get treated like you have caused them unwanted interuption. Or if you seek rushed checkout experiences whilst you are organizing your shopping, reward card and payment, this is the place to find it. And don't get me started on how protective they are of the baskets at the end of the checkout experience. I had one operator hide the basket from me and I'm like how am I supposed to carry my shopping to pack it up?nI only shop here if I have to, and frankly it's one of the worst customer service stores I've experienced on the few times I've been there.nThey should go spend a couple days with the Ferrymead team who are much better at making you feel welcome.nPlease make a better effort to care about your customers.

Standard Countdown. Classic items you can find somewhere else but a bit more expensive, like any other Countdown. What it is good at, the imported food. Especially Italian pasta and tomato sauce. You can find good deals if you have the One Card. Also the meat is above local standards. Overall fine, you just need to know what you are after.

I have been a customer at this supermarket for 15 years and i have had enough of the security people following me around everywhere believing i am stealing .i have never stole anything befor and im very offended by this.as soon as i walk in the doors they let eachother know i am there and the following starts .is it becauze i have tattoos .or because i am olived skin.....i really dont know but its very dissopointing to say the least as i am a very loyal customer there
