During checkout, I purchased two 2L bottles of milk and one 1L bottle. However, I was charged for three 2L bottles instead. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the situation could have been resolved simply by refunding the price difference.nnImportantly, we had not even left the store when we noticed the error. We returned to the counter immediately, and the staff could clearly see the items still in our shopping trolley.nnUnfortunately, the experience was made worse by the store manager’s poor attitude. Instead of acknowledging the cashier’s mistake, the manager insisted that we had scanned the items incorrectly ourselves, which was not true. This accusation was not only inaccurate but also quite upsetting.nnAlthough the price difference was eventually refunded, the dismissive and accusatory attitude we encountered left us feeling extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. We hope that your team can handle such situations more professionally in the future.

Don't normally go to this pack n save. Today's experience was very poor. Carparking both in layout and design and lack of parks is bad. Store layout seems more cramped and difficult to navigate then other stores, lot of products out of stock. Quite a lot of miss leading or wrongly priced items. Prices missing from many things. Next time I'll certainly be going to a different store instead.

A really good one for shopping at Hornby. More options and pricing is competitive with other grocery stores in the area. It's easy for the people from Rolleston to come here for shopping.

Don't know who owns this place now, but wow this place has lost its spark. More importantly, whoever is in charge of the shelves needs to be let go. There is never anything on them. I find myself going elsewhere for the missing items, I had hoped this would change but has been like this for a while and continually gets worse. I also like how all the staff bag on the managers, shows how little they now care.

The pallets on top of the shelfs seems very dangerous to the customers and staff who walks through the shopping floor. Very dangerous and unsafe.nWonder why the management is so irresponsible of keeping the health and safety actions.nVery Dangerous to visit this store.
