I take my hat off to the young lady that served me today 27/7/24 with my soda stream gas bottle exchange. Her customer service was amazing considering the manager was standing behind the counter yelling at staff. She didn’t let that interfere with her service.nAs for the manager, you need a bit of management training when it comes respecting your staff, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Terrible services. They gave me a wrong product information. I bought the heater from them because they told me this is ceramic heater and turn out it's not. Next day, i asked to change to ceramic version because i actually paid more for Convection version they were in discount price. They said no and ask me to pay extra $80 to get ceramic one. Never come back.

Don't send in you teenager to buy a specific product, because they will lie and say it's out of stock and sell them a more expensive product.

Over priced for what I went to buy but they did have what I was looking for so I bought it anyway but will look for a better price next time. Will NOT be my 1st stop
