Busy McDonalds due to location, peak times often involve long waits. However staff are perfectly reasonable and polite, facilities are clean and food always comes out tasting hot and reasonably fresh. Good stop for travellers!
Stopped here on a Northern island trip. Its got a clean bathroom and there plenty of spots to order your food.Food: 4/5
This place only gets 1 because the girl behind the counter was efficient. The icecream was so soft it melted before we ate it and the $5 fries were just about hollow inside and so dry. Will not stop here again.
We went through the drive through, an ordered a McDonald's pack. I'd never heard of it before, but what a bargain easily feed a family of 4. I'm not into Maccas but it was worth it and the buns were fresh the burgers and chips were fresh as. The staff were nice and friendly go check them out
Went through the drivethrough with only 1 car ahead of me and was asked to park and wait for them to bring my order. Wasn't a big order only 2 burgers & chips and had a 6 week old baby in the car that was askeep, however, started screaming as he doesn't like it when I stop - hence why I didn't go in and ordered take away inside. Took very long and the guy handing it to me didn't even apologise for making us wait.
Not That busy in store but looked like the drive through was the lady that served us was very pleasant unfortunately the chips were cold so didn't eat them the burger was okay and the shake was goodFood: 3/5
Very busy not very efficient... Slow to get food. I think I could of had two meals next door by the time we got our food. However the toilet as clean. Table's were dirty. Overall just above one Star.

Great stopover between Auckland and Hamilton specially when you have a little one. Multiple cafés and kids play area on site. Always warm and cozy for a break.
Some of the worst burgers I've eaten in a while. We ordered extra pickles but instead got extra sauce, so much sauce the burgers were slimy soggy messes just chucked in a box with zero care. Kid-friendliness: Had high chairs Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parks out front and everything is single story. Plenty of space to move between tables etc
