BAKE & BEANS TAKANINI

Ordered some pies and a cream roll—emphasis on cream—only to get home and find out the cream decided to take the day off. Guess I paid extra for the empty calories! Pies were good though, so at least something showed up to the party.

I bought an eggless cassata cake from them yesterday, I asked them if the cakes are freshnenough to eat, and they said yes, trusted them and bought the cake, took it at home for my brothers birthday and when we ate it, it tasted like eating 3-4 days old cake and smell really bad, it might have been sitting at room temperature and cake had some fungus looking marks on sides and cracks all over the cake. And they’ve got such a bunch of idiots in staff who don’t even know how to sought such issues. I and my brother were regular customers but now we are never going back here, if no cake shop is open, we would rather buy a cake from supermarket than them. Worst customer service, worst food. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Waited 30 minutes in line to order a coffee. There were only 3 others ahead of me who had also only ordered beverages. Unfortunately only one worker on and she had to deal with phone call orders and handling customer orders. Place is nice and tidy. Only two little metal tables to sit at. Lady is polite.

We tried some different types of pastry and masala chai was very good but restaurant tables all were dirty we had to ask them if they could clean it for usnBut the service were good thank u

Our go to place for all our birthday cakes. We even come for cake when it’s not anyone’s birthday! Delicious, consistent service and quality, if you prefer sponge type cakes with fresh cream this is the place. They also do a variety of savoury snacks which go down well too.
