McDonald's Papakura

I went to mcd papakura there is a manager who has no hair on head serve the food without gloves and also use dustpan for cleaning the fries on the floor and serve the fries with same hand without wash their hand. I do not know which qualities u see in this manager worst exp in my life never came back

Nasty and mean customer service around 2am-4am this morning. Not very nice people at all, sadnBut the day time staff were sweet

fresh thats what makes McDonald's great.nThis drive thru was really fast and servers were kind and very polite.nn% recommend!

Food is always maccas standard but there is this lovely lady that works there and always manages to make maccas feel cozy. Papakura and Takanini are definitely always a fav and customer service is always good

Very disappointed with your service tonight. I Came at around 8pm to buy my kids food to my disappointed when I got home the drinks the lady that served me which was wearing stripes shirt I think she must have been the duty manager, I ask for sprite with no ice for the drinks as I got home the drinks were just water no tasted of sprite. And as I was watching while you were doing my order you tip some drink from another cup into our drinks like what the he'll was that. Please next time serve as the way you would like to be served, and don't use left over drinks from someone else drinks for your next customer. If you were the duty manager that served me tonight you should be ashame of yourself. It's ain't easy sweating for that money that I paid for my kids food.
