Domino's Pizza Papakura

Ordered a beef and onion, simply cheese and 2 cokes only to sit there for 14 minutes staring at my finished pizzas turn cold as they withheld my order from me. By the time they gave it to me, the simply cheese was dry on one side, burnt underneath, and the beef and onion? It was basically a simply cheese almost no beef or onion and it seems like there's some sort of yellow stuff on it I've never seen before. One of the worst experiences I've had from this place. Very disappointed.nnLooking at the other 1 star reviews, I've noticed I also got terrible customer service by the same Indian man everyone else is complaining about. Completely ignoring me, left my order to the side while I was standing there for it to get cold, would not talk to me when I tried to get his attention - absolutely terrible.

Come on Dominoes, I understand you’re busy but really ?nUber eats delivered cold food & forgot our drinks. Blaming Dominoes. So I rang & the guy was great, offered to send new pizza asap +drinks , imagine our disappointment when we opened the box ‍… so close to rectifying the issue. Thanks but no thanks.

Paid $5 extra for an apricot chicken pizza in a deal and it arrives luke warm with my other food and the chips were soggy. The driver then tells me they were out of apricot sauce so they put no sauce on the pizza. I called the store prior to see where my order was as the updates disappearee online and no one bothered to tell me then?!? I would like a refund for this as it’s poor customer service and organisation, who wants a dry pizza?nnIn response to your reply. I told the driver to get the manager to call me that night and no one did. I have put through feedback on your website and I am still waiting for a response. I should have to go out of my way for a mistake that was made on your end.

Loaded fries? More like fries with a hardly any cheese and bacon . Disappointed. Meant to get Hawaiian pizza but it’s basically a ham and cheese with a bit of pineapple I also paid extra for a mayo swirl. I would like a refund or a voucher for this.

I ordered a Chicken Supreme, garlic pizza, ham and cheese pizza with chips, and a coke last night. Chicken pizza: was disappointed as it barely had any chicken on it, the garlic pizza was a bit dry and not cut properly, but the mayo part was nice, and the ham and cheese pizza was good, though I feel like the chips always come soggy for some reason because I prefer crispy chips so overall, while some met my expectations, others fell short in terms of quality.
