worst maccas ever. Never go here. not only did they get my order wrong. They forgot to put the bread in for my burger. How do you manage to forget the bread? There phone doesn’t work so you can’t call them. Rude workers. Gross and unclean. Have also rung HR.

The night drive through big girl has hearing issues. Always getting the order wrong. Then yells and blames the customer for not saying the order properly. This happens only when she is on. Her attitude is way out of line. Worst customer service skills.

This review only gets 5 stars for customer service for the lady at the drive-thru who has a pleasant voice, professional, and well mannered. visited in March/April 2024 Other than that, the whole store needs a good clean up outside. Too many bums hanging around outside is intimidating for customers, trash strewn all over the car park. Not a good look for a food joint.

My son just finished work, called into Clendon Mcdonalds at 23.15 knowing this was open for 24hours As he made his way to the drive thru cars where in front just as he continued to drive a worker came out and place a cone two cars in front of him. The store was closing b4 midnight. So disappointed it states on the web site open for 24 HOURS operation. Tried calling the store but no one answered.
