McDonald's Cavendish Drive

Ordered on 18 December around 2:30 AM to eat during my work break. Found a hair in my Big Mac, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. I couldn’t eat the food at all. Very disappointing experience. Cleanliness should be a basic standard

Barista here. I ordered a hot chocolate just for them to fill majority of my cup up with hot water. Dont be budget with the milk. And I never asked for it Xtra hot.

Honestly, this Macca’s has done me dirty two times now. First time they messed up my order, promised a refund, and I never saw a cent back. Thought “ah well, everyone makes mistakes.”nnCame back today, ordered a Large McChicken combo plus 10-piece Chicken Bites. Got charged full price — $17.50 — and guess what? No bites. Again. Two orders, two stuff-ups. Absolutely useless.nnI’m not asking for the world, just the food I literally paid for. If you can’t get a simple order right or follow through on a refund, that’s a joke.

Ordered a grilled chicken burger at the drive through. Got home and found this. Unable to eat fried food so had to discard it. Been two weeks not since we have requested for a refund or replacement. No response. They simply don’t care. It’s a shame as these burgers are $20 each. Go to another branch.

This place is great, I went through the drive through, there was so many cars, but they did a great job, pushing through all that orders on a timely response, I didn't even wait long, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Great job Cavendish Drive McDonald
